Visualization: Abiding in the posture of the left leg single lotus, in the embrace of Guru Rinpoche is Yum Khandro Tso-gyal (藏文:མཁའ་འགྲོ་མཚོ་རྒྱལ།,Meaning: Khandro Tso-gyal), who is red and white, charming with beauty and youthful vitality, adorned with flowers and precious jewels. Her right hand holds the vajra chopper in a swinging posture, and her left hand rests in a balanced manner, holding a nectar skull cup. From her body emanate countless rays of light of manifestation, pervading the sky. Around her, on eight lotus petals, to the east is Vajrakilaya (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ར་རྡོ་རྗེ།) and a bell; to the south is Manjushri Mitra (藏文:འཇམ་དཔལ་བཤེས་གཉེན།)'s staff and threatening mudra; to the west is Nagarjuna (藏文:ཀླུ་སྒྲུབ།)'s khatvanga and bowl; to the north is Prahasati (藏文:པྲ་ཧསྟི།)'s cross vajra and scripture; to the southeast is Dhana Sanskrita (藏文:དྷ་ན་སཾསྐྲྀ་ཏ།)'s skull drum and lotus bowl; to the southwest is Vimalamitra (藏文:བི་མ་མི་ཏྲ།)'s samadhi mudra and longevity vase; to the northwest is Guhyachandra (藏文:གུ་ཧྱ་ཙནྡྲ།)'s iron hook and lasso; to the northeast is Shantigarbha (藏文:ཤཱནྟི་གརྦྷ།)'s skull cup and curved knife. The next morning, when the dawn session arrives, arise with the yoga of rising, perform the common preliminary practices, from refuge and bodhicitta to the session break. At the end of the practice. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

As for the number of recitations, it should be as before, twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon, for a total of four times; or once from dawn to noon, and then once until dusk, for a total of two times, which is also not contradictory. However, because there are fewer activities such as recitations with this method, it is best to maintain four times, as this is more helpful for understanding. In any case, according to such a sequence, the number ranges from one hundred thousand to one million, the time ranges from one month to one week, and the signs are seeing the deity in waking, dream, or sleep, and receiving prophecy. Second, the inner practice: The preparation is the same as before, purifying everything through emptiness (Swabhava). From emptiness, the environment of the vessel world manifests as the self-radiance of the five wisdoms, forming a tent of five-colored rainbow light. In the center, on an eight-petaled lotus and sun and moon cushion, like stars rising in a clear sea of wisdom, instantly visualize Guru Dorje Thötreng Tsal (Vajra Garland of Skulls Power), with a dark blue body, one face, two arms, as youthful as an eight-year-old child, with a wrathful, smiling, and joyful expression, and three eyes wide open. He wears a tiger skin skirt, a silk crown, and bone ornaments, his hair is tied in a topknot, and he has the splendor of the major and minor marks. His two hands form the vajra bell mudra at his heart, and his legs are in the vajra full lotus posture. He embraces Yum Yingchuk (Space Queen), Mandarava, who is white and radiant, holding a curved knife and skull cup. He manifests as the indivisible form of bliss and emptiness, radiating infinite emanations of light. On his head is white Buddha Thötreng (Buddha Garland of Skulls), holding a wheel and bell; at his throat is red Padma Thötreng (Lotus Garland of Skulls), holding a lotus and bell; at his heart is blue Vajra Thötreng (Vajra Garland of Skulls), holding a vajra and bell; at his navel is yellow Rinchen Thötreng (Jewel Garland of Skulls), holding a jewel and bell; and at his secret place is green Karma Thötreng (Action Garland of Skulls), holding a sword and bell. All of these embrace consorts of their respective colors, holding curved knives and skull cups, and their decorations and attire are all the same as the main deity. Around them, on the eight-petaled lotus, in the east is Padma Jungne (Padmasambhava), in the south is Lodrö Chokse (Wise Seeker), in the west is Nyima Özer (Sun Ray), and in the north is Senge Zadro (Lion's Roar). In the southeast is Padma Sambhava (Lotus Born), in the southwest is Padma Gyalpo (Lotus King), in the northwest is Shakya Senge (Shakyamuni Lion), and in the northeast is Dorje Drolö (Vajra Kilaya). Their attire and appearance are similar to the main deity, and they are surrounded by countless hosts of vidyadharas and dakinis, like clouds, manifesting as the indivisible essence of the samaya being and the wisdom being. In their hearts, on a sun disc, dwells the blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,हुं,Hūṃ,seed syllable), --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
