'rba sidd+hi pha la || aM gu sha dzaH wa shaM ku ru hUM swA hA ||' (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, May accomplishment come! Hook, Taming, Binding, Subdue, Hūṃ, Svāhā!) Recite this like the flow of a great river, and during the sessions, perform a pacifying fire offering each time, offer whatever desirable items are available, and request accomplishments from the deities, urging the activities of appearance and control, and expressing desires. Offerings of medicine, alcohol, and torma, etc., should be done as described elsewhere. In this way, practice for twenty-one days or until signs of accomplishment appear. These signs are the same as the common ones and similar to those previously described. After completing the practice and activities in this way, on an auspicious day and time, on the morning of the waxing moon, offer a grand torma feast, complete and supplement the practice according to the ritual, and then perform the procedure for receiving accomplishments. Please the Jñāna-devas with thanksgiving offerings, and then request them to return to their natural abode. Absorb the Samaya-devas into your heart, or make the Samaya-devas and Jñāna-devas inseparable, dissolving all self-generation and front-generation into the Dharmadhatu. Although there are teachings that say to remain in the state of original purity (Ka-dag) without contraction or expansion, according to this tradition, all the Jñāna-devas and Samaya-devas are dissolved into the support of the Gau, and all the essence of accomplishment is dissolved into the skull pill. Place your body, speech, and mind equally in the vast expanse. Carry the Gau without opening it, inseparable from you. Except for the skull pill, which is the support for practice, visualize receiving accomplishments every dawn, reciting the activity mantra twenty-one or one hundred and eight times, or more as appropriate, and then eat seven pills each morning. The visualization for receiving accomplishments is: as soon as the pill is placed on the tongue, visualize that the guru, yidam, dakini, and their retinue are pouring down a great rain of the essence of supreme and common accomplishments into your body, speech, and mind. Do not let anyone see the pill. You and all your practice companions should drink the nectar from the vase and perform bathing, etc. Keep the Gau and all the items of accomplishment in the skull cup. Cover it with a mirror, wrap it with various colored silks, and carry it like a shadow, without separation, without letting anyone touch it. On auspicious occasions, perform practice offerings for five, three, or seven days, etc., ideally once a month, moderately once every four months, and at least once a year. In addition, there are also the shinbone trumpet (Kangling), etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also hold the implements, and use them at the time of practice and so on. Do not do three days continuously or interrupt the retreat, and do not be controlled by others. Usually, like a king, act in the state of the three mandalas. Whatever enjoyment you get, make offerings upwards and give downwards. Visualize the great black tent outside as Mahakala, offer him offerings of gratitude, and then return to your place and remove the tent. If there are doorplates, etc., take them off as well. Do whatever you can to celebrate the completion of the practice. Guide all who gather to the path of unsurpassed enlightenment. It is very important to expand your mind and strive for great altruistic activities, etc., in accordance with the way of Mahayana practice. (Tibetan) From the 'Guru's Gathering of Intentions,' the very secret root heart practice, the two types of practice and activity, the generation stage heat and redness, this is a separately hidden text, the person who possesses this text, is proficient in the Dharma of 'Gathering of Intentions,' obtains freedom, and the benefit of self and others is accomplished effortlessly. This is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a treasury that produces what is needed. Orgyen (Padmasambhava) is my heart essence. Now, for the benefit of the lord father and son and future followers, the profound and special qualities are revealed. Those who encounter this Dharma in later generations should not reveal it casually to everyone, unless they are holders of the Dharma of 'Gathering of Intentions,' root sons, or those with fortune and karma, do not transmit it to others, keep it strictly secret. If you reveal it, you will be punished by the Dakinis, you will not attain accomplishment, and obstacles will abound. Therefore, keep it strictly secret, transmit it singly or in threes, do not transmit it to too many people. Do not put it on the threshold, seal it with a seal. Therefore, understand the key points.
