May it be as immutable as the Yungdrung (Swastika/eternal)! Oṃ hrīḥ mama āyuḥ puṇya jñāna jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma rāga kṣobhya vajra samājaḥ hūṃ bhrūṃ nṛ jaḥ puṇye puṇye mahā puṇye aparimita āyurjñāna sarva rūpa siddhi phala hūṃ āḥ svāhā. Recite this. If inclined, offer substances and symbols. Scatter flowers and make auspicious prosperity. Thus, by these, the empowerment of the profound Dharma of the deathless three roots combined practice of all-knowing Chenrezig Wang (Avalokiteśvara) and Karmapa (leader of the Karma Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism) is well accomplished. Use this as a boundary, pledge vows, offer the mandala, and perform the body offering and dedication of merit as usual. The fourth part is the concluding ritual: Increase the offerings and bless them. Outer, inner, secret, that alone. Flowers, incense, lamps, perfume, food, music, and secret offerings, offer to the deities of the three roots. Guru Deva Ḍākinī Dharmapāla Vajrapuṣpe Dhūpe Āloke Gandhe Naivedya Śabda Pañca Amṛta Mata Dhi Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā. Offer with this. Bhagavan (Blessed One) Amitāyus (Buddha of Limitless Life), the self-arisen playful Vajra (symbol of indestructible wisdom), plays with heroes and yoginis, praise the Vajra melodious good one. The total collection of the three roots, Protector Amitāyus, please bestow upon me and all sentient beings the supreme and common, especially the deathless life accomplishments, without obstruction. Thus praise and supplicate. Confess what is not attained and recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Visualize the Bhagavan parents in front dissolving into oneself like salt dissolving into water. Visualize oneself clearly as the essence of the body, speech, and mind of Bhagavan Amitāyus. Thus believe, and perform the dedication and aspiration as usual. Especially, Padmasambhava (founder of Tibetan Buddhism) who subdues appearance and existence, inseparable from him, Akshobhya (Immovable One) joyful sound, rely on the crown of the head without separation, may blessings and accomplishments enter my being. May all life be as stable as a vajra, completely victorious over the battles of the four maras (demons), fiercely subdue the malicious ones, may one have dominion over the four activities. Recite the auspicious verses: In the palace of the Dharmakaya (Truth Body of the Buddha) free from birth and death, the Sambhogakaya (Enjoyment Body of the Buddha) displays immeasurable diverse plays, the Nirmanakaya (Emanation Body of the Buddha) takes on various forms to accomplish activities, may the Bhagavan five families of Buddhas and their consorts be auspicious! May the root guru, lineage guru, Buddhas and their sons, the yidam (personal deity) peaceful and wrathful mandala deities, the protectors and guardians who subdue all maliciousness, the Bhagavan three roots be auspicious! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

May there be auspiciousness! May the master of life, the Bhagavan Amitayus, be auspicious! May Vajrayogini, who subdues the four maras, be auspicious! May Avalokiteśvara and Hayagriva, the king of power, be auspicious! May the Dharma protector Mahakala be auspicious! Thus reciting, play music, scatter flowers, and increase the appearance of virtue. May the blessings of the three roots, the nectar of the immortal vajra, stabilize the indestructible wisdom life force. May the innate aggregates and elements ripen into the stainless rainbow body, and may the illusion of birth and death be enlightened at the ground! This profound Dharma, which gathers the essence of oral and treasure teachings and is praised as abandoning falsehood, has many texts including root, branches, and explanations. Among them, the writings of the Ninth Je Wangchuk Dorje seem to summarize all meanings, but because the practices of both the new and old traditions are intertwined, practice is difficult. Therefore, here, focusing on the old tradition, the essence of that text is compiled by Padma Gar gyi Wangchuk Trinley Dro Dul Tsal at Dzongsar Trashi Lhatse Chögra. May virtue increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
