Without interruption, fulfill the commitment of the twenty-eight Iśvaras (Lords)! Hūṃ! The substances for fulfilling the commitment are: the offering of nectar medicine, the red argha (offering water), the wonderful torma (sacrificial cake), the enjoyment of the yogic assembly, the bright and pure ghee lamp, the smoke of abundant meat incense, the sound of the skull-cup drum with the skull facing upwards, the music of the shinbone trumpet, and various common offerings. With these, fulfill the commitment of the mandala deities! Hūṃ! Fulfill the commitment of the Sugata (Buddha) peaceful deities! Fulfill the commitment of the blood-drinking wrathful deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Mañjuśrī (Manjushri) body deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Padma (Lotus) speech deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Yangdak (Correct View) mind deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Chechok (Supreme) quality deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Phurba (Kila) activity deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Mātṛka (Mother Tantra) cursing deities! Fulfill the commitment of the fierce mantra deities! Fulfill the commitment of the worldly offering and praise deities! Fulfill the commitment of the Vidyādhara (Knowledge Holder) guru deities! Fulfill the commitment of the glorious protector, male and female attendants! Fulfill the commitment of the ocean of oath-bound protectors! Fourth, fulfilling with the true meaning of reality, the Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment): accompanied by ornaments, mudras (hand gestures), dance postures, and melodies, say this: Hūṃ! Fulfill in the vast space of the nature of phenomena! Fulfill in the space of great primordial wisdom! Fulfill in the space of blazing clear prajñā (wisdom)! Fulfill the five poisons in the space of originally pure nature! Fulfill in the space of the inseparability of relative and ultimate! Hūṃ! There is nothing to fulfill, fulfill in the unborn nature! There is nothing to offer, offer with non-dual play! There is nothing to unite, unite in the great union! There is nothing to liberate, liberate in the realm of equality! Fulfill the commitment with the great original union and original liberation! May all broken vows be fulfilled! May all conceptual obscurations be purified! May all negative karma and obscurations be cleansed! May the three realms of samsara (cyclic existence) be emptied! May the fruit of the three kayas (bodies of a Buddha) be attained! Having fulfilled, grant blessings and siddhis (spiritual powers)! Ala la ho! Om Ah Hum! Ho! Please listen! Abiding in the realm of self-existing perfection, appearing from the nature of being inseparable in the three times, the guru, yidam (personal deity), dakini (female wisdom deity), self-arising from the space of awareness! Please listen, all the deities of the mandala of the Bhagavan (Blessed One), peaceful and wrathful, vast and expansive, the assembly of oath-bound protectors, messengers, workers, and their retinues! Through performing the supreme and perfect offering of the Mandala, may all sentient beings, including myself, who are wandering in the three realms and experiencing the suffering of the six realms, have all broken vows, violations, faults, and downfalls fulfilled in the vast expanse of Samantabhadra (普贤), and may they be restored to the natural state of great bliss and Dharmata (法性). Maha Siddhi Samaya Ah! If one diligently practices this profound fulfillment and confession repeatedly, even the five heinous sins will surely be purified. Temporary breaches of vows will be immediately purified, and both common and supreme Siddhis (成就) will be swiftly attained without effort. As a completion for the Peaceful and Wrathful Activity Manual, may the 'Ruzung Four Confessions, General Cleansing of Yoga, Narak Dong Trug' be firmly guarded by the glorious protector Black Life-Taker and his retinue. Vajra Samaya! May those with fortune and karma enjoy it! Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal!
