One should train in the practice of union, and its practice is consistent with the common. Endowed with that wind practice, one should train in the practice of blocking the nine doors. Endowed with the seven dharmas of the body of Vairochana, one should remember oneself as the body of a deity. In the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, navel, and forehead, one should visualize a blue taṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,tam, seed syllable) each, blazing with light rays. In the urethra, a white suṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,sum, seed syllable), and in the anus, a red kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable). From these, light rays emanate. One should also block the nine doors and the spaces between the pores of the hair. In one's own heart, one should visualize an eight-petaled white lotus, with the petals in the form of budding, and in the center, one should clearly establish the wind-mind taṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,tam, seed syllable) syllable like a lit butter lamp. By meditating in this way constantly, if the mind is seized, even when left without effort, external appearances will cease, and the mind will become extremely clear. The experience of the body being situated in one direction in the heart is a sign of the wind-mind gathering in the heart. Next is the practice of transference. From the crown of the head to the navel, the dhūtī is clear and straight. Inside it, in the heart, is a red lotus flower facing downwards, and within it, the nature of wind, the five vowel letters, are gathered together. Below that, in the center, is kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable), and in the center, the wind-mind bindu, the hūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,hūṃ,seed syllable) syllable, is as small as a mustard seed and trembles. Above the brahmarandhra at the crown of the head is kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable) with its head facing downwards. By forcefully restraining the wind, the lotus petals face upwards. The wind stirs from the five vowel letters and dissolves into the bindu, making it wide and extremely agitated. The kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable) below pushes upwards, causing the five vowel letters to also dissolve. From kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable), a hook of light appears like a shot arrow, and one should think that it draws the bindu upwards. One should restrain the lower wind well and contract the abdomen many times. One should think that the bindu dissolves into kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable) and remain in equipoise. From kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable), a bindu with a thread appears, and it arrives from the lam of the dhūtī to the heart. One should press down on the upper wind and slightly expand the abdomen outwards. One should meditate in this way again and again. When entering the session break, one should visualize light rays emanating from the bindu, striking kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable), and from that, immeasurable light rays arise, filling the great bliss wheel, including the navel. Kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable) transforms into the haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,seed syllable) syllable, from which nectar descends and dissolves into the bindu. Then, the five vowel letters emerge again, and one should think that the bindu is stable and blissful, and recite the vajra recitation several times. The guru of the lower yogi says that one should not meditate on the kṣuṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,kṣuṃ,seed syllable) syllable, but meditate on hika (藏文,梵文天城体,hika, seed syllable). Of the two stages,

This is the connection of the wisdom aspiration. The actual time of transference is the very moment of rising from the clear light of death, that is the only faultless time. This is the intention of Vajradhara, furthermore, the method of separating the coarse body from the primordial body. Applying this forcibly, and the previously mentioned indivisible. The key points of the deity practice method, understanding without mixing them up is also extremely important. Conduct. The fourth is conduct, like glorious Chakrasamvara. Understand the twenty-seventh, twenty-eighth, twenty-ninth, and thirty-eighth chapters of that very tantra, and accomplishment will be achieved by making slight additions and subtractions, in short, it is desired to write elsewhere. Even if one deepens thought on some subtle instructions, it is difficult to understand, if with an excellent understanding of the secret of the tantras, one obtains the key points from the guru's mouth, then it is easy to understand just by seeing, so it should be done that way. Possessing the three indestructible, the essence of indivisible Vajra. Like the sky, without elaboration, the eternal and supreme glory. In whosoever's palm, without delay. Whoever is the receiver, is fortunate, truly rare and wonderful. It was also said like this. Bhikshu Kunga Nyingpo, at the age of twenty, abandoned copying and only followed the guru's instructions. Auspicious! (The original text is an old book from Drepung, last page. Page 751)
