Gu Tsampa. In it, the nature of one's own mind is in the form of Nada, with three black curves (after this, about one line is unclear). From the mind wandering to other places, at that time, ordinary thoughts (after this, another line is unclear). Five signs such as mirages appear. (After this, another line is unclear.) When the appearance of other objects ceases, that samadhi is stable. Secondly, at the center of the eight-petaled lotus at the heart, invite the bindu of the previous center, like a bee resting on the stamen of a lotus, imagine it trembling slightly and producing sound. Then, exhale the impure air three times, let the breath flow naturally, focus on the breath going in and out, and recite about twenty-one breaths, the key is not to disturb the breath. Then begin the Vajra recitation, as the breath goes out, accompanied by the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), five colors of light appear from the bindu at the heart, coming out from the path of Avadhūti, pervading all vessel and content worlds, purifying all the impurities of all of them. As the breath comes in, all vessel and content worlds are gathered into the form of light, appearing as the nature of the sound of Oṃ (Tibetan: ༀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), merging into the bindu from the path of Dhūti, and contemplate the breath abiding in the sound of the letter Āḥ. Like this, focus solely on the recitation, reciting with one-pointed mind. Here, one should contemplate that the breaths are the nature of the five elements, going in and out in the form of five lights. Therefore, there is no separate Vajra recitation for the breath of each element. After reciting like this, the breath constantly flows in an equal manner, and then also diligently practice this, without measuring the number and extent of the arising and dissolving of the breath, it will clearly appear, and when the movement becomes slow and extremely subtle, prolonging the recitation of the letter Āḥ, after becoming accustomed to it many times, when one abides single-pointedly in the bindu, the movement of the breath ceases, and apart from the bindu, other appearances disappear, the mind appears as clear and empty like a cloudless sky. After repeatedly familiarizing oneself with this, merely abiding in the Vajra recitation, those previous signs will appear, especially the sign of the breath abiding in the central channel, and the five signs such as mirages become very stable.

It occurs in stages. When the sign of a cloudless sky is seen, this yoga is stable. Thirdly, there are two types: the yoga of wakefulness and the yoga of sleep. The first is: the method of meditating on the bindu in the heart is the same as before. In the navel, visualize a bindu of dust, extremely hot in nature, very subtle like the tip of a hair, existing in three curves. Then, as before, repeat the vajra recitation many times. From the bindu in the navel, subtle rays of light, like flames, blaze. Through the central channel, touching the bindu in the heart, from it emanate immeasurable rays of light. One's own body and all the world of containers and contents become clearly visible, as if a lamp were raised in a dark cave. The second ray of light emanates, burning and melting all containers and contents. The third ray of light emanates, gathering all of that and dissolving it into oneself. Dissolve that into the dhuti, into the bindu of the navel, into the bindu of the heart, then into the nada, and purify it into emptiness. Abide in that state for a long time. From that state, in an instant, visualize the form of Tara Yogini. By practicing this repeatedly, at the time of the stages of gathering, a feeling of emptiness mixed with the taste of the four joys arises. When abiding in emptiness, a feeling like the sky arises, free from all obscurations such as appearance and darkness. Then, from the appearance of the feeling of bliss, in the mind, a deity form like a rainbow appears spontaneously. This is directed towards the manifestation of the deity form and wisdom. Then, as before, perform the vajra recitation. After practicing a few times, with the recitation of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), dissolve the three realms into light. With (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओं, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), dissolve all animate and inanimate things through the path of the dhuti into the bindu. With (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), purify the bindu into emptiness and abide in it. Thus, with the movement of the extremely subtle wind, perform the vajra recitation many times, and finally, in the state of abiding in the recitation of the syllable (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), recognize the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. That bliss, together with the wind, should be the cause for generating the wheel of the mandala. Thus, practice during the day and night. By becoming accustomed to this, the deity form is accomplished from just bliss, wind, and mind. Without abandoning the ordinary body, the manifested body
