They arise in a sequential manner. The method of liberating from a stable one-pointedness is through three focuses: suppression, external, and internal. 24-291 The first is to engage in union more intensely than before. Until then, when practicing, signs and appearances easily arise in places where it is not easy to clearly see land, stones, mountains, rocks, etc. Therefore, it is said to practice in such environments, such as in a dark room or by looking at any clear blue sky. The second is to meditate on what is neither a shimmering appearance, neither appearance nor darkness. If that is stable, the second is to learn an indefinite way of looking, meditating on various appearances. If that is stable, the third is to generally focus on the inside of the body, and especially on the eight chakras, each in sequence, striving for one after the other once one is stable. That is, to meditate in a way that appearance, signs, and mind are of one taste. For example, directing the appearance of a bindu on a pillar, fixing it by tightening it as if the mind were entering into it. The yoga of sleeping is to continue the daytime meditation with one-pointedness when going to sleep, which will transform it into the supreme yoga of sleep. By repeatedly familiarizing oneself with this, one can also cultivate meditation in dreams. For this, in particular, one must strive to maintain mindfulness in sleep and dreams, and generate a strong intention to do so. Ultimately, when the clear appearance of all realms stably arises in the bindu within the central channel, the size of a hair tip, one is proficient. Then, there is the life force exertion. First, focus on the yellow bindu at the navel, the size of a mustard seed, and perform filling, drawing in, stiffening, and the limit of particles. Among these, drawing in is holding the upper air at the navel and letting the lower air be. The other three are the teachings of Atisha, which are the same as those taught in the Six Dharmas of Niguma, and the practice is the same. In all of these, one only focuses the mind on the bindu within the central channel, without meditating on the absorption or emission of air. In the main practice, there are two types: Vajra recitation and vase breathing. The first is to visualize the movement of air from the bindu at the navel as having the form of five kinds of light rays and possessing the sound of three syllables. When exhaling, pronounce (藏文:ཨཱ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:ā,汉语字面意思:Ah), when inhaling, pronounce (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), and when abiding, pronounce (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), with Hum being pronounced last. The key to this is the Vajra rosary, the mudra of the mind, and the secret.

From two methods, the very extensive and important condensed mind commentaries, and the doha of this will arise. If the bindu practice and the four unions have not been done beforehand, then here also, do not practice the channels and bindus, just do recitation, Guru Sharpa said. Vase breathing is similar to the general one, however, as soon as the inhalation is completed, do the mudra, and at the same time slightly bend the throat, and when exhaling, slightly swallow air and bend the throat again, it is said. At this time, the focus is on the central channel of the navel chakra being empty, drawing out the signs and appearances, and focusing solely on that. Or, there is also the instruction to meditate on a blue snake coiled in the navel chakra, here it is said to combine. Here, for those with impurities, always do it with the abdomen not collapsing, but bulging, the feet of the Eastern One said. After getting used to this, in order to quickly generate, do this secret wind union, like hugging the knees with the hands, squatting and hugging the legs. Bow the head slowly and long, and strongly and very strongly bow down and lift up. At the same time, also lift the downward wind, and at the time of the mudra, make three "crack" sounds at the back of the head. Like that, one each in the middle and on the left and right, for a total of three times. Then exhale strongly three times, and hold the inhalation three times. By constantly meditating on that, in about a day, the downward-clearing air will be under control, or if there is previous strength, the life air and downward air will immediately mix, it is said. If vomiting or headache occurs, shake up and down. Meditate on many pores, it is said. At this time, rest for a few days in between, relax the effort, and stay as comfortable as possible, it is said. Then rely on action mudra or practice tummo. If the sign of the mixing of life air and downward air appears stably, then that is a person who can transfer. Then there is holding: Within the navel chakra of the dhūti (藏文:དྷཱུ་ཏི,梵文天城体:धृति,梵文罗马拟音:dhūti,汉语字面意思:勇猛佛母), clearly visualize three bent needles. Think that all the winds above and below dissolve into it, mix with the signs and appearances, and practice in conjunction with vase breathing. If that is stable, then meditate on the blue bindu in the heart, the red bindu in the throat, the white bindu in the forehead, the white bindu in the crown of the head, and the red bindu in the secret place, the blue bindu of the vajra, and the red bindu of the jewel, meditate on these, the crown of the head, the jewel, the navel chakra, and the heart are the main ones. By making the vase breathing stable, after doing the three stages of entering, abiding, and dissolving into those, it is the stone of stopping the mind.
