arise. Then, from something similar to that, the red part dissolves. The red essence merges into the fierce fire in the form of red light. From this, appearances are like sunlight, the body feels unbearable pleasure, and the mind feels like it is in samadhi, unmoved by joy, anger, satisfaction, desire, etc. Then again, from something similar, the five-colored winds dissolve themselves. By meditating on the five-colored rays of light merging into the navel chakra, appearances are such that nothing is visible, the body feels so much pleasure that it does not feel touch, and the mind feels as if it is fainting, only aware of emptiness. Here, the letter "ha" is relaxed when the breath goes out, and contracted when it comes in. The letter "sa" here, even with each breath-holding, it is good to relax and contract many times, because it is good. If you feel exhausted, rest by focusing your mind on the bindu. Then, after getting used to it, meditate on the previous object of focus, 24-140 from the burning and dripping of the two bindus, and then emit light, the three realms dissolve into light, merge into oneself. Then merge into the Avadhuti, then merge into the fierce fire, it and, the bindu in the heart merge into one. Then it becomes clearer and clearer, practice in emptiness, and then rest in equanimity. Like this, again and again, after getting used to it, appearances, various empty forms, the body feels no attachment to pleasure, the mind feels in a state of pleasure, manifesting clarity, compassion, equanimity, etc., various ways of holding. At this time, meditating on these different ways of holding the mind as deities will make it easier to arise. Repeatedly meditate on it disappearing from the edge to the center. After getting used to these, meditate on the meaning of the letter "ta", from the innate bliss of dissolution, using metaphor to realize the ultimate truth, and in reverse order, from the innate nature, realize the great bliss deity, and by making its wisdom stable and increasing, realize the primordial body, and purify the field, there are four. The first is, visualize oneself as the father and mother of Lokeshvara (Avalokiteshvara), from the crown of the head to the jewel, the Avadhuti is extremely thin and shining with light. Then, the father and mother unite, entering a state of equality, all the winds and bindus of the chakras dissolve. Through the central channel, come to the secret bliss chakra. The essence of all essences, like a dewdrop. From the vajra path, reaching the top of the jewel, the bindu is scarce

Having light the size of a large mustard seed, radiating immeasurable light. Half merges into the lower end of the central channel of the Mother, and half merges into the vaginal passage of the Father's vajra, focus single-mindedly. If the mind remains stable there, light radiates from the bindu, filling all containers and contents. The happiness of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and sentient beings, along with the Bodhicitta nectar as the support, transforms into light. Then it is withdrawn and dissolves into the bindu. Meditate on this repeatedly. (1) Another similar practice is to transform all Buddhas into light and then withdraw it. (2) Another similar practice is to gather the containers and contents from the outside in and then rest in equanimity. (3) These three practices correspond to bliss, the entry of blessings, and the union of bliss and emptiness, respectively, and are praised extensively in order. It is best to meditate in this order of sequence. If you become very familiar with this, when you rejoice in the nature of the unity of bliss of both body and mind, deities and light will pervade the sky; when withdrawing, you will see the clear appearance of the bindu, and the empty forms of deities and countless mandalas within the bindu. Most objects will disappear, and you will faint with bliss, and even with each blink of an eye, you will be able to generate countless appearances and withdrawals. Therefore, the light of the bindu makes all appearances into bindus, and then withdraws them, resting without attachment in the nature of bliss alone. If you are familiar with this, appearance and experience will spontaneously arise and withdraw without effort. Mental experience will arise as non-conceptuality and the union of bliss. The second practice is that, based on that stability, meditating on the bindu at the navel will generate co-emergent wisdom. Then, at the heart, generate special joy, then at the throat, generate supreme joy, then at the crown of the head, generate joy. When focusing on these, draw the melting bliss bindu upwards. Place the bindu in those four places, such as the navel, and then perform the three ways of appearance and withdrawal as before. If you are familiar with these five practices, then, according to the order, the essence of the chakras, channels, elements, and winds will actually appear as deities. Then again, performing the appearance and withdrawal of the bindu in the nostrils as before will transform all the movements of wind and mind into deities. The third practice is that, during meditative equipoise, simply place the mind on the deity and perform vajra recitation on the subtle movements of the mind. That is, when the mind rests on appearances such as forms, oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) appears.
