There are thirteen sections in total. Main Practice: Introducing the View of Reality. These four instructions are called the Four Dharmas. Introducing the Absence of Inherent Existence of Grasping and Grasped. The essence of the Four Dharmas is to introduce the view of reality. This includes introducing the absence of inherent existence of grasping and grasped, introducing self-aware wisdom as the ultimate truth, and introducing that as the Great Bliss Union. Firstly, while abiding in the nature of mind, by looking more closely at external appearances, recognition arises, that there is no boundary separating object and mind. Because the appearance itself is one's own mind, the appearance as form is clear, and the appearance as sound is resonant. Similarly, all appearances as smell, taste, and touch are also from one's own mind alone, and there is no separate appearance. Thus, it is determined that grasping and grasped are not different entities, this is the first introduction. Then, whatever arises in one's own mind, such as afflictions and thoughts, like reflections in a mirror, from the beginning, recognize that they are merely appearances without substance. Thus, it is determined that both grasping and grasped are without inherent existence, this is the second introduction. Whatever arises as object appearance and mental appearance, is merely a self-appearance delusion. Thus, it is determined that the nature of mind is never tainted, this is the introduction that the adventitious stains of conceptual imputation have never existed from the beginning, this is the third introduction. Introducing Self-Aware Wisdom as the Ultimate Truth. Secondly, the essence of mind is beyond recognition, beyond the realm of expression, but self-aware self-illumination never ceases. Whether object appearance and thoughts arise or not, there is no change, by determining this through experience, it is introducing non-dual wisdom as the ultimate truth, this is the fourth introduction. Introducing That as the Great Bliss Union. Thirdly, the appearance aspect of mind does not cease, it can appear as the pure and impure vessel and essence world, because appearance and emptiness are inexpressible, therefore it is the pure mandala. And its essence never changes, appearing as a feeling of bliss, this is the co-emergent great bliss. These two are the same in essence, except for the difference in names.

Without interruption, to settle the awareness on this single instant is to show the union of one's own mind, this is the fifth introduction. 24-111 As a symbol representing the five Buddha families of the fruition, there are five stages of introduction. Thus, the four dharmas and the essence are the introduction, called the guidance endowed with five perfections. The first guidance is similar to the perfection of place, because it is the basis for generating all qualities. The second guidance is similar to the perfection of the teacher, because this is the main one. The third guidance is similar to the perfection of time, because dispelling obstacles and increasing benefits, that is the best of times. The fourth guidance is similar to the perfection of the retinue, because it is the retinue of the second. The fifth guidance is similar to the perfection of the Dharma, because it is the experience of both the main and the retinue. Thus, these are the reasons why this is called the guidance endowed with five perfections. This was spoken by Gyalkhampa Tarānātha, urged by the holder of the Vinaya, Śākya Tenzin, the lord of speech, Lodrö Palzang, and the learned Kunga Lodrö. May auspiciousness increase! (7) ༄། །Instructions on Dream Yoga. ༄༅། །Instructions on Dream Yoga. Oṃ Svasti. Homage to the Buddha. Non-distraction of mind is the best of health. The power of karma of all youths is supreme clarity. Without unhappiness, happiness is supreme. The best of wealth is contentment. Abandoning hope, one possesses power. Not speaking unpleasant words, one possesses fame. Without tormented thoughts, pleasing is supreme. Abandoning obstacles, fortune is primary. Not dying with regret, is longevity. For the nine qualities of higher realms, strive without attachment. Entering the path is auspicious. Abandoning wealth is the best of generosity. Abandoning all sins is the main virtue. Non-distraction is the best of meditation. 24-112 Non-grasping is the best of all wisdom. Accomplishing one's own benefit and also the benefit of others. These are certainly good, know them to be categories of the path. This instruction was also written by Kunga Nyingpo at Dechen Choktse Monastery in Tsang (གཙང་,now Shigatse area, Tibet). (The original text is an old book from the Ten Places of Guge, the last page is 751.)
