The application of extracting the bliss-emptiness yoga It is applied in three stages. Each stage is considered to have six branches, such as retraction, etc. Apart from the subtle differences mentioned earlier, there are no obvious differences in practice. Here, during the meditation session, the essential instructions of Lawapa's single Vajra verse are emphasized and introduced. This is a sacred practice and should be understood as such. Removing obstacles is received from the mouth, and the meaning lies in the Doha itself being vast and beautiful, so listening and holding it is very important. The preliminary practice is eight or nine months. The main practice, up to holding, is practiced under instruction for about two years. After that, word instruction is given, and the actual practice must be understood in detail. Most of this text and the complete essential instructions were obtained from the feet of Guru Southern. The third part of the Song Tantra, mostly, was heard from Sadyanatha, and later it was proofread accordingly, and the three deepest verses that were previously missing were supplemented, and the complete body of essential instructions was asked from Guru Eastern, and the essence is these. This was also written by Taranatha at the age of twenty-three, by the order of the venerable Pal Taglung Thangpa. Mangalam! (Original text: Old book of the ten places of De-ne, lower volume, 614)
