Showing the path of conventional illusion, with the bodily strength of the five elements, without moving, just by thought, go to another three thousand worlds. There, the enjoyments are vast and diverse, the king of obstacles resides there. Now show a path to the ransom, show the path to the vastness of the blue sky. The sky-blue, conch-like path, walk on that path and go to the sky. Again, show a path to the ransom, show the path to the middle of the river. The blue river path, walk on this path and go to that direction. Again, show a path to the ransom, the paths of gods, nagas, yakshas, and bhutas, are inconceivable for each of them. Walk on that path and do not return! By the blessing of the truth of dharmata, by the blessing of the command of secret mantra, and by the blessing of the mantra-holder, may you be endowed with desired enjoyments! King of karmic debts, assembly of obstacles, please accept this ransom and torma! Without harming everyone, quickly gather your diseases. If it falls on dice, then open the dice mouth, if it falls on divination, then divinate.

You take away the burden of disease, you take away the burden of heat sickness. If anything is bound, then untie and release it. If anything is tied, then loosen and release it. Pray to avert great confusion and fear. Avert bad dreams and ominous signs. Avert all curses and spells. Turn back the noose of the demon. After that, dedicate the merit to enlightenment. Prayers and auspiciousness. This Four Elements Torma Ritual, also corrected by Tāranātha from the old Torma Ritual, is called "The Radiance of Blessing Blazes, Diseases and Obstacles are Completely Pacified." Mangalam! Concerning the substances for human consumption: In the black bag of hope, there are three things: tsampa, buckwheat, and garlic; three things: scallions, water spinach, and ghee. Place the tripod, items of paternal origin, and powerful items, as well as the three eternal things, contradictory things, black ends, and bird nests. Gather these as substances for averting human consumption. The male image of the white Thangka, the female image of the cow, with hands clasped together.
