A Guidebook with Six Transmissions: The Oral Instructions of Indian Accomplished Ones. I respectfully bow to the lotus feet of the glorious and venerable lamas. May all sentient beings abide in the ultimate state of great bliss. With this aspiration as a prelude, I will briefly unravel the meaning of the completion stage associated with the vidyādhara Tsenma's yoga. This uncommon instruction includes: Single-mindedness, Illusion, Tummo, Clear Light, and Great Bliss. Among these, the first has two yogas: subtle and extremely subtle. In the first, the mind is focused on the syllables of the sun and moon. In the second, there is no focus on emptiness. Both are meditated upon within the avadhūtī in the center of the wheel of dharma. Among the three illusions, equipoise is placed in non-conceptuality. Sometimes, meditate on the deity, lama, and illusions. Again and again, place it in non-conceptuality. Look directly with wide eyes. In the post-meditation encounter, maintain mindfulness, with the intention of illusion being paramount for a while. For dream yoga, meditate on a lotus with a bindu in the throat, eventually dissolving into non-conceptuality. Then, recognize any arising thoughts as dreams. At that time, also meditate on the instructions for vase breathing, white bindu, etc. Then, those with dull faculties should first train in dream yoga, while those with sharp faculties should settle into clear light itself. For the preliminary of tummo, the bindu and the prana should be made workable. The first involves holding, such as meditating on the vajra, etc. To expand it, meditate on the moon on the crown of the head, etc. Once stability is attained, place it in the eyes and mix it with forms, etc. By placing it in the center of the four chakras, various realms will be seen, etc. From both, purify the downward-moving by meditating on the dharmodaya, etc., and control the life-force by reciting the vajra mantra. The main practice is to visualize the indestructible white bindu in the heart, pointing downwards and radiating blue light. Meditate on the three channels and the two chakras with ཨཾ (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) in the navel, hold the breath, and focus on burning and dripping. By this, emptiness will be realized, which is the illusion previously realized. Then, the four chakras, tummo, and ཧཾ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) are combined.

Having practiced Tummo, one should focus on burning drops, and for both, one should first invite and absorb the Bodhicitta of all Buddhas that emerges from the crown of Tummo. Entering the Clear Light is to first transform 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) into Vajrasattva. Then transform 'aṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ) into the crown protuberance. Afterwards, one must know the order of the Samaya Mudras in order to enter the Clear Light. That is, transforming the letter 'haṃ' (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) into a deity, during the burning drop practice, the two moments obtained from oneself and the two moments obtained from others will appear almost the same. Once one is familiar with the Samaya Mudras, one should lead the medium faculties into dream yoga, and the sharp faculties into Mahamudra. In short, since it is difficult to abide in the Co-emergent Clear Light for a long time at first, one should repeatedly arise and dissolve. Later, the abiding time will gradually increase, and eventually one will be able to abide as long as one wishes even in waking, dreaming, and fainting states. When one is able to enter the Clear Light from any of the sixteen moments, it is called the Stable Clear Light. Entering the Great Bliss is that even after the Clear Light is stable, one should repeatedly and diligently bring forth the Co-emergent Bliss in both meditative and post-meditative states. In this way, the sixteen moments will be purified into the Co-emergent Bliss itself. When the mind follows external objects, at the moment of manifesting the Co-emergent Bliss, the real Great Bliss is: entering the Clear Light during meditation, visualizing oneself and all appearances as deities through the order of moments, and in all post-meditative activities, knowing that the actor, the action, and the object are all deities, thereby enjoying the Co-emergent Bliss. Before long, one will realize the state of Vajradhara. Here it is said that even one fortunate person can do it, just as it is said here. A person with sharp faculties can accomplish Tummo in one recollection, and then enter the Clear Light. Some people practice Tummo from the beginning and then enter the Clear Light. One should also understand the methods of entering the Clear Light from either dream yoga or illusory body yoga for people with medium faculties. Having thus explained the realization, now we will enter the meaning of the words. Among them, the brief instruction is the appearance of the Clear Light, etc. Emptiness is the heart, the high place is Akanishta, Rahu is the indestructible bindu. Its characteristic is all-pervading. The essence is the bindu. The function is to appear as various dependent illusions. Illu-
