Touching the lotus. Like the guide on the noble path, like the sun destroying all darkness, may it become the Kalachakra. How do the Shakya clans with the sun attain wisdom? May all sentient beings abiding in the three realms become E-Vam (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Thus) through the grace of the Kalachakra. Those who are seduced by demonic friends, constantly lost in the darkness of falsehood. May all of them, having obtained this path, soon come to the house of Vajra Jewel. Even if we yogis, not having attained yoga, die with extremely agitated minds, Also in the world of virtuous humans, in the most excellent Shakya clan, may we be born with yoga, With the habit of the past, may we again constantly hold the vast wisdom yoga, Having attained wisdom, may we go to the inexhaustible and supreme place, where there is no more rebirth. Enemies and lions, elephant kings 14-376 Fire and avengers, thieves bound by ropes, Turbulent water treasures and flesh-eating ghosts, the fear of death, diseases and the oppression of the senses, Poverty and separation from women, the fear of non-human disturbances, Vajra falls and loss of meaning, etc. May we yoginis be completely destroyed by the power of clearly remembering the feet. By this virtue, may I quickly Accomplish the Kalachakra, may all sentient beings without exception, Be established on this earth by it. 仅仅安住于吉祥时轮之瑜伽，就仅仅以修法中所说的食子仪轨就足够了。因为向主尊及十忿怒尊供养食子，就等于向所有超世间神祇作了供养。特别是向护方神、星曜及龙族眷属等供养，就等于向三界的一切生灵作了供养。因此，这是周遍一切生灵的广大共同食子。十种生灵是十方的怙主，向他们供养，就成为怙主共同食子。所有被称为吉祥天母的眷属，也都汇集于十方的极忿怒母中。而且，她们是十种生灵之母，因此，黑袍金刚兄妹等一切眷属都包含在其中了。如同金刚空行母总集之食子仪轨中真实阐明的那样，对于地神、村神等，由于包含了所有地基神食子等，仅仅这些就成就了一切，没有不圆满的食子仪轨。以此书写的善业，愿一切众生迅速获得佛陀的果位！此《食子仪轨心要光明》由嘉 Kham 巴 达热纳塔造。 吉祥！ 芒嘎朗（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，吉祥）！

By merely abiding in the yoga of the glorious Kalachakra, only the torma ritual described in the sadhana is sufficient. Because by offering tormas to the main deity and the ten wrathful ones, it becomes an offering to all the transcendent deities. Especially by offering to the directional guardians, planets, and retinue of nagas, it becomes an offering to all beings of the three realms. Therefore, this is an extensive common torma for all beings. The ten beings are the protectors of the ten directions, and by offering to them, it becomes a common torma for the protectors. All the retinues known as Shri Devi are also gathered in the extremely wrathful mothers of the ten directions. Moreover, they are the mothers of the ten beings, therefore, all the retinues such as the Black Coat siblings are included in it. As it is clearly explained in the torma ritual of the Vajra Dakini Samucchaya, for the land deities, village deities, etc., since it includes all the ground deity tormas, etc., just these accomplish everything, and there is no incomplete torma ritual. By the virtue of writing this, may all beings quickly attain the state of Buddhahood! This "Clear Essence of the Torma Ritual" was composed by Jāṃ Kham pa Tāranātha. Tashi!
