Yellow bracelets, a green shawl, and white belt and anklets. The body is stout and stocky, with the left leg extended, trampling the giant king of obstacles. The crown of the head is sealed by Akshobhya. To its left, in the center of an ocean of mingled blood and fat, from བྷྱོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: भ्यो, Romanized Sanskrit: bhyoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Fearful) arises the glorious goddess, the sovereign mother of the desire realm, with a blue-black body, one face, and four arms. In the two right hands, she holds a sword and a curved knife. In the two left hands, she holds a victory banner and a fresh skull filled with blood. Her brow is furrowed in anger, and she wears an elephant's raw hide as an upper garment and a skirt of human skin. She has a belt of many black snakes, and her body is covered with drops of blood, finger marks of fat, and heaps of ashes. From her navel, the sun and moon arise. She rides a mule, a horse, and a three-legged animal. She is surrounded by a retinue of Matrikas and flesh-eaters. In front of the main deity, from ཀྵཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: क्षं, Romanized Sanskrit: kṣaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable of Ksitigarbha) arises the Yaksha Kshetrapala, with a dark blue-black body. From his nostrils, whirlwinds of the end of time blow. He opens his mouth and shouts threats at enemies. He raises a curved knife in his right hand, and in his left, he offers a skull with its heart to the main deity. He is extremely wrathful and cruel, riding a mad black bear. To the right of the main deity, on a lotus and corpse seat, from ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises the sovereign Jina Mitra, with a red-black body. He vigorously shakes a damaru in his right hand, and in his left, he holds a skull filled with warm blood. Behind him is a lotus and corpse seat. From ཊཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: टं, Romanized Sanskrit: ṭaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable of Vajrakilaya) arises Yama Takkiraja, with a black body. He holds a noose in his right hand and a threatening mudra in his left. He is in the form of a fiercely wrathful Yama. To the left of the goddess, from ཧཱུཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) arises Dudgon Trakshad, with a body as black as a smoke cloud. He raises a red weapon in his right hand, and in his left, he holds a skull filled with blood at his heart. His upper teeth bite down on his lower lip, and he bares his fangs. He wears a black silk cloak and Sakya boots, riding a black horse with white hind hooves. All four attendants are fully adorned with the ornaments and attire of wrathful deities. Each is accompanied by hundreds of thousands of attendants. All six, the main deity and the attendants, reside in the midst of blazing flames. Outside of this, to the east is Indra, to the southeast is Agni, to the south is Yama, to the southwest is Rakshasa, to the west is Varuna, to the northwest is Vayu, to the north is Yaksha, to the northeast is Ishana, above is Brahma, and below is the earth goddess. All of these are accompanied by their own retinues of billions upon billions. Furthermore, there are other deities.
