此處應知上師總體及個別祈請等，以及長壽儀軌等次第。 同樣地，應盡力修持日常懺悔和七支供等。上師身中降下甘露之流，充滿我身，獲得寶瓶灌頂。菩提心之流從空道融入，品嚐甘露，獲得秘密灌頂。從上師身中，明妃不加造作地擁抱我，生起安樂，思維獲得智慧灌頂。上師化為光融入自身，無二無別，思維獲得第四灌頂。在無思維的狀態中稍微放鬆安住，不作修飾，原始自然，任運成就，於無勤作的狀態中放鬆。祈願具德上師之身與我之身，無二無別加持為金剛身。祈願能成辦具德上師之所有教言，語音無別成為語金剛。祈願能持守上師心之所有秘密寶藏，心意無別融合加持。祈願能成辦令上師歡喜之所有事業，加持事業與事業相同。頭戴上師之頂飾，手持金剛鈴，口誦密咒之王，願以意修持雙運。 然後加持會供品，會供儀軌應如經文所述進行。以百字明懺悔，以耶達瑪（梵文：ye dharma hetu prabhava，梵文羅馬擬音：ye dharmā hetuprabhavā，藏文：ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྒྱུ་ལས་བྱུང་།，汉语字面意思：诸法因缘生）作長壽祈請。最後以吉祥語作結。如是再三供養上師，即是供養一切諸佛菩薩，因此，福德資糧將會大大增長。 此乃略述取悅上師金剛持之方法，乃是廣大積累二資糧之殊勝方便，是增長輪涅一切興盛之因。 如是名為《上師供養·增長安樂妙善》之儀軌，由薩迦·貢噶堅贊（ས་སྐྱོང་གཞོན་ནུ་འགུར་ཆེན།，1382-1448）勸請，多羅那他（ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐ，1575-1634）造作，善哉吉祥！ 校對一次。吉祥！ 目录 《上師供養·增長安樂妙善》

Here, one should know the order of the general and specific supplications to the Lama, as well as the longevity rituals, etc. Similarly, one should accomplish the daily confession and the seven-branch practice, etc., as much as possible. From the Lama's body, a stream of nectar flows, filling my body, and I receive the vase empowerment. The stream of bodhicitta dissolves through the path of the sky-door, and by tasting the nectar, I receive the secret empowerment. From the Lama's body, the consort embraces me without artifice, and by the arising of bliss, I think I receive the wisdom empowerment. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into myself, becoming inseparable, and I think I receive the fourth empowerment. In a state of non-thought, I relax and rest a little, uncorrected, naturally self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished, and relax in a state of non-effort. May the body of the glorious Lama and my body be blessed as an inseparable vajra body. May I accomplish whatever the glorious Lama says, and may speech become inseparable speech vajra. May I hold all the secret treasures of the Lama's heart, and may heart and mind be blessed to merge inseparably. May I accomplish all the actions that please the Lama, and may the activities be blessed to be the same as the activities. Wearing the Lama's crown on my head, holding the vajra and bell in my hands, reciting the king of secret mantras in my mouth, may I meditate on union in my mind. Then, bless the feast offerings, and the feast ritual should be performed according to the text. Purify impairments with the Hundred Syllable Mantra, and perform the longevity ritual with Ye Dharma (Sanskrit: ye dharma hetu prabhava, Devanagari: ये धर्मा हेतुप्रभवा, Romanized Sanskrit: ye dharmā hetuprabhavā, Literal meaning: The dharmas that arise from causes). Finally, adorn the end with auspicious words. Thus, repeatedly offering to the Lama is offering to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and therefore, the accumulation of merit will greatly increase. This is a brief explanation of the method of pleasing the great Vajradhara Lama, which is a supreme means of greatly accumulating the two accumulations, and is the cause of increasing all the prosperity of samsara and nirvana. Thus, this ritual called "Lama Offering - Increasing Bliss and Goodness" was requested by Sakya Gongga Gyaltsen (ས་སྐྱོང་གཞོན་ནུ་འགུར་ཆེན།, 1382-1448), and composed by Taranatha (ཏཱ་ར་ནཱ་ཐ, 1575-1634).
