The earth-pointing finger circles in all ten directions. Three shakes, binds, stretches, slides, and shakes. These are the eighteen illusion wheels of the Tummo main practice instruction of the Wisdom Dakini Niguma's Six Dharmas. If divided into the latter eight, there are twenty-five. Thus it is said. Furthermore, after practicing the winds for about a month, seven days of Tummo emptiness, seven days of fighting globules, seven days of the main practice, seven days of the Lama's Tummo, and seven days of wearing it as clothing. After that, learn these illusion wheels and practice them repeatedly. When you reach a point where there is no fatigue and no need for obscurations, practice each of the individual objects of focus in one session. Finally, for each set of illusion wheels, make each object of focus go through once. If you diligently engage in Tummo without interruption in four or six sessions, immeasurable qualities will definitely arise immediately. The meaning of the summary verses should be explained. Therefore, the meaning of the summary verses should be explained. First, untying the knots of the channels: In a cross-legged posture with the essential points of the body complete, lift both hands from the knees and insert them into the base of the thighs. Twist the torso to the right and left seven times each. Second, straightening the channels: The posture of the essential points of the body is as before. When the hands reach the base of the thighs, exhale with a cough. With the hands in the position of the lumbar vertebrae, rotate the abdomen to the right and left, squeezing the anus once. Twist the torso slightly to the right and left together, and then alternate heel taps seven times each. This eliminates channel disturbances, like combing hair with a comb. Third, gathering into the central channel: If it is a continuation of the previous one, then one exhalation is sufficient. If done separately, then the posture is similar to the second. Extend the clenched hands towards the outer hip area of the thighs, exerting force and jumping once between each pair of heel taps. Do this seven times. Fourth, spreading the channels: After exhaling once, first the head, then the torso, then the hands, then the lower body, and while stretching the legs, massage. In particular, slide and strike the four calves of the hands and legs against each other. These four purify the channels. Fifth, standing and spreading: Posture
