Now dissolve into oneself. Visualize oneself as the supreme Vajrayogini, with a red body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a curved knife, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood at the heart. The right leg is extended, and the left leg is slightly bent, pressing down on a white corpse with its head facing to the right. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty wet human heads. Possessing the five bone ornaments. Visualize the entire inside of the body as completely empty. At the back, front, and both kidneys, directly aligned with the navel, visualize four red and hot fireballs, each about the size of a bird's egg. Focusing on this, exhale three times. Slowly inhale, pressing down below the navel. Slightly rotate the navel, causing the fireballs to collide with each other. Visualize red sparks filling the entire inside of the body, filled with heat. Second, the main practice, consuming tummo as food: Visualize oneself as Vajrayogini. In the center of the body, there is a central channel (uma), about the thickness of an arrow shaft, with its lower end inserted four fingers below the navel and its upper end inserted into the Brahma aperture. It has four characteristics: straight, thin, clear, and red, these are the four characteristics. It is also hollow. To its right is the red Roma channel, and to its left is the white Kyangma channel. These two channels are thinner than the central channel, like hairs. Their lower ends slightly enter the inside of the central channel, and their upper ends are below the Brahma aperture, curving forward in a way that covers the central channel, slightly separated, and inserted into the two nostrils. Visualize the white letter haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the upper end of the central channel, with its head pointing downwards; and the red letter raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) at the lower end, with its head pointing upwards. At the anus, visualize the wind mandala, crescent-shaped, bluish-green, and intensely moving. Exhale nine times. Slowly inhale, pressing down below the navel. Slightly draw up the lower air, maintain the vajra posture, and visualize small and sharp flames gradually burning from the letter raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) at the navel, touching the letter haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown of the head, causing a stream of white nectar to descend. Focus the mind on the burning and dripping of the flames at the navel, intertwined like combing hair. Third, the subsequent empowerment of rebirth: As before, visualize the Guru Vajradhara. Visualize mentally creating and offering immeasurable outer, inner, secret, and suchness offerings to the precious Guru, the embodiment of the assembly of all Buddhas of the three times. Outer offering of flowers...

Poisonous incense. The five inner meats and five amṛtas. The secret wisdom of bliss and emptiness. I offer these most secret and sacred offerings. Please accept them and bestow upon me the complete four empowerments. Having prayed in this way, an immeasurable stream of white amṛta flowed from the body of the guru. From the crown of one's head up to the eyebrows, one is filled. The impurities of the body are purified, and one obtains the vase empowerment. One is filled up to the throat. The impurities of speech are purified. One obtains the secret empowerment. One is filled up to the heart. The impurities of mind are purified. One obtains the wisdom-jnana empowerment. The entire body is filled. The guru also dissolves into light and merges into oneself. All the impurities of body, speech, and mind are completely purified. Thinking that one has obtained the fourth empowerment, one remains in equipoise for a short while. The bindus blaze and drip, the flow of the four joys. The wisdom of bliss and emptiness is exceedingly wondrous. Because merit and wisdom are indivisible, buddhahood is attained in an instant in the palm of one's hand. May the illusory body self-liberate attachment and aversion. Furthermore, the second, the illusory body, is: On top of a lotus and sun disc seat, one's own self is glorious Chakrasamvara, with a blue-colored body, one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads, a garland of fifty wet ones hanging down, and possessing the six bone ornaments. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth. The left leg is slightly bent, pressing down on blue Yamāntaka, and the right leg is extended, pressing down on red Kālī. In his lap is the consort Vajrayogini, with a red-colored body, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a curved knife, and the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, embracing the father. On one's own head, on a throne supported by eight great lions, on a seat of various lotuses, suns, and moons piled on top of each other, is the guru Vajradhara, with a blue-colored body, from whose heart immeasurable rays of light emanate. Inviting all the gurus, yidams, buddhas, sangha, dakinis, and dharma protectors of the ten directions, they are absorbed into the guru. Then, thinking that the beings of the six realms are making sounds of earnest supplication with faith, reverence, and intense longing, pray to the precious guru, the embodiment of all the buddhas of the three times, to relinquish self-grasping for the benefit of all beings. Pray that meaningless things may arise in the mindstream. Pray that the illusory body may be perfected. Pray that dreams may be perfected.
