When the departed became inseparable from the immovable, the goddess Tara made offerings and extensively taught its mantra tantra. Similarly, the mandala of the six lords of existence was extensively shown, and in order to prevent the tantras spoken of in this way from disappearing, it was intended to be taught to sentient beings of the six realms. Thus, together with the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, they went to Mount Potala. Empowering countless and immeasurable beings such as gods, nagas, yakshas, and gandharvas, they taught the mantra vehicle and established them in accomplishment. Finally, entrusting all the tantras to Vajrapani, they practiced in places of vidyadharas such as Lotus Grove. In order to prevent all the tantras from disappearing in the human world, Vajrapani transformed into King Indrabuti, wrote all the tantras on palm leaves, hid them in a place called the "Treasury of Dharma," and it is said that they were practiced by heroes and yoginis. In general, within the teachings of the six exhalations of the mantra vehicle, it is now said to be the teaching of Heruka. The classification of the six exhalations is clear in the tantra itself. In particular, the account of how the Tara tantra appeared in Jambudvipa is as follows: After the Victorious One (Buddha) passed into nirvana, about three hundred years after the shravakas had completed the third council, at another time, most of the Mahayana sutras residing in the abodes of gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, and rakshasas also came to various places in India. Self-arisen palm-leaf manuscripts also appeared and flourished simultaneously. And those who taught them were disciplined and diligent preachers, who had attained forbearance of the unborn dharma, five hundred yoga-practicing teachers who had seen the faces of Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, Maitreya, and other noble ones, and eight great masters who asserted no self-nature, and so on, appeared. Simultaneously with them, the three tantras of Kriya, Charya, and Yoga, as well as the means and wisdom tantras of the unsurpassed yoga tantra, also flourished accordingly. Those who had seen the faces of Vajrasattva and the Lord of Secrets and other noble ones, taught those who were fortunate, at that time.

It is said that there was not a single person who heard the teachings of the Mantra Vehicle who did not attain accomplishment. For example, in the eastern region of Bangala, King Haricandra and his thousand attendants attained the body of union; in Odibisha, a king named Muñca and his thousand attendants attained the state of vidyadhara; in the western region of Malawa, a king named Bhojadeva and his thousand attendants became invisible; in the southern region of Konkana, King Heribhadra and his countless attendants attained the accomplishment of pills, and so on. Over a period of about one or two hundred years, more than a hundred thousand people attained accomplishment. However, in order to always keep it secret, no one knew that they were practicing the mantra until they had attained accomplishment. At those times, the noble Lady Tara herself also appeared without being invoked, and from the oral histories, there are stories of how she protected them, a brief account of which is as follows: Saving from the fear of enemies: A member of the royal family of Odibisha was sleeping in a garden when he was surrounded by about a thousand enemy soldiers carrying weapons. Having no other refuge, he heard that there was a Tara who could save from the sixteen fears, and thinking that he could only take refuge in her, he called out the name of Tara, and at the very moment he uttered the sound, the venerable Lady appeared in the sky in front of him, and a strong wind arose from under her feet, carrying the soldiers in all directions and back to their own country. Saving from the fear of lions: Someone went to the forest to gather wood and encountered a hungry lioness, who began to eat him, carrying him in her mouth close to her den. There he felt fear and dread, so he prayed to Tara, and then a woman dressed in tree leaves appeared before him, took him from the lioness's mouth, and placed him in the city's marketplace. Saving from the fear of elephants: A twelve-year-old village girl went to the forest to pick flowers and encountered a fierce elephant named Khuni, who bound her with his trunk and began to strike her with his tusks. She remembered the name of Tara and prayed from the depths of her heart, and then the elephant
