From the syllable Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) arises the fire of fierce heat, about four finger-widths in height. From the tip of that, a very fine flame gradually burns, like unfurling a red silk banner. When it touches the syllable Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) at the crown of the head, a subtle stream of bindus flows from the Haṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:ཧཾ་) syllable, like a fine thread or like stretching out a white silk banner, gradually descending and dissolving into the Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) syllable at the navel, creating a sensation like burning flames and tangled hair. Focus your mind on this. It is said that this also opens the central channel, but in reality, it obstructs the flow of the right and left channels, expands the central channel, and by binding the wind and mind, it transforms into the essence of the wind of clear light. Because it generates all the qualities of samsara and nirvana, this is the sixth point of focus. Third, the yoga of transference, a branch of the path, is: Visualize your own body in its ordinary form, but devoid of flesh, blood, and bones, empty and hollow. In the center of the body is the central channel as before. To the right is the red Roma channel, and to the left is the white Kyangma channel, both as thin as barley awns. These three channels are aligned side by side from the crown of the head to the navel. The lower ends of the right and left channels are longer than the central channel, curving upwards and entering the central channel. The two upper ends curve down from the crown of the head and insert into the right and left nostrils. The syllables Vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:བཾ་), Gaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:गं,梵文罗马拟音:gaṃ,汉语字面意思:གཾ་), and Aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:अं,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:ཨཾ་) at the navel transform into the form of Vajrayogini. The tips of the right and left feet touch the lower ends of the right and left channels. Light radiates from the body, exiting from the right nostril through the Roma channel. The light pervades all containers and contents, offering to the noble ones and benefiting sentient beings. Everything transforms into the form of Vajrayogini. All containers and contents dissolve into light. The light that radiated outwards returns and simultaneously enters from the left nostril, dissolving into Vajrayogini through the Kyangma channel. Do this once or three times, or as appropriate. Then, as Vajrayogini ascends upwards through the central channel, the lower ends of the right and left channels are drawn upwards as if a magnet were attracting iron filings. The upper ends of the right and left channels separate from where they were inserted in the nostrils, rolling up like a rolled-up ball of thread and dissolving into the right and left feet. Starting from the soles of the feet of the external body, they gradually disappear up to the secret place. The Blessed Mother ascends upwards through the central channel to the heart, throat, crown of the head, and so on.

When coming from Suya, the crown also shrinks into a small cone shape, and at the same time, the outer form of the body gradually disappears. Going out from the Brahma aperture, one's own mind appears as the form of the Bhagavati, which also dissolves into the clear light emptiness. In that state, one abides in the state of the indivisible Dharmadhatu wisdom, like the sky. That is repeatedly practiced again and again. Here, in order to practice one's own body as emptiness, it is considered unnecessary to visualize descending again. Also, instead of emitting and withdrawing light from the life force channel, the Bhagavati of the navel chakra herself goes out and enters, and during transference of consciousness, transferring consciousness from the left nostril, etc. Although there are some slight differences in visualization, in general, what has been said is not wrong. This is also called the small transference of Vajrayogini. There is a tradition of practicing it as Golden Dharma, oral transmission, and word transmission. Seventh contemplation point. Second, the method of actually meditating on Suchness itself: maintain the physical posture and let the breath relax naturally. Do not tighten the mind, do not loosen it, do not think of anything, but relax and let go. By gazing intently at its own nature, one finds that it cannot be identified anywhere, and a self-aware, self-luminous, and free from elaboration arises beyond the realm of the mind. Abide in that state. It is best to remain in that state. If thoughts arise and one remembers past events, examine their essence. Since the past does not exist at all, the apparent existence of pleasure and pain in the present is an illusion, like the unborn sky that has already been born. If hopes and fears arise based on the future, since they have not yet occurred, they do not exist at all. The appearance of pleasure and pain is an illusion. Thus, determine the unborn state to be like the unborn sky. When thoughts of enemies and friends, etc., arise in the present, recognize that all of them are merely illusory appearances, like dream images. Thus, determine the arising to be like the unborn sky. Eighth contemplation point. Another instruction that is solely a personal instruction is that when wind and mind enter into clear light, if one is accustomed to the previous one for several months, then apart from slight differences in speed depending on the quality of the channels and the amount of effort.
