The three-layered, doubly stacked, intersecting and connected form becomes hexagonal. In the center, meditate on the syllable vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) on a moon disc, along with the sound of the mantra. Then, expel stale air. Adjust the body posture to be in accordance with the general practice. When the air goes out, the rays of light from vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) go out through the nostrils, filling the sky to the extent of one's mental reach. When the air comes in, those rays of light enter through the nostrils and dissolve into the vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) at the navel. Although some consider that this should be done on the basis of the natural flow of breath, it is better to meditate by combining it with slow inhalation and exhalation. This is the first meditation cycle. Then, similar to the others, do not interfere with the function of the downward-clearing air. Meditate as usual on the state of being full. The Dharma-arising triangle below the navel rotates either clockwise or counterclockwise, and without emitting or withdrawing light rays, focus the mind solely on the central vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) syllable. This is the second meditation cycle. Generally, after experience has arisen from the first meditation cycle, this second one is meditated upon. However, in practice, it is said that it is more effective to meditate by alternating between these two, and there is a need to quickly find the thread of experience. If these two visualizations are related to the generation stage meditation and recitation of Vajrayogini, it will be more effective to meditate with the syllables of the three Oṃs (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) of the mantra wheel, and the vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) syllable of the Joyful Embrace, integrated within them. The second is the method of opening the door of the central channel and causing the air and mind to enter the central channel. This has three stages of visualization. First, focus on the central part of the Avadhuti channel, striving for the union of air-essence and gentle air. Meditate on a single red Dharma-arising triangle from the navel to four fingers below the navel. The central channel in the center of the body is the same as the general description of the central channel with four qualities, being about the size of a medium arrow shaft in terms of thickness. The lower end penetrates into the root of the Dharma-arising triangle, and the upper end touches the Brahma aperture. Inside the central channel, directly above the navel, at the point where the opening of the Dharma-arising triangle meets, meditate on either the vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) syllable or the red aṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:) syllable, whichever is clearer in the mind. After expelling stale air, hold the forceful vase breath, causing both the upper and lower airs to strike the vaṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:വം) syllable, like a fiercely blown coal fire, from which a thin flame

The flames burn fiercely. Initially, it starts from about one finger's width, and gradually thickens to about four fingers' width. In any case, focus single-mindedly on the fierce burning of the inner heat fire. Abandon many elaborations and meditate only on this, and immediately you will have the experience of clarity and emptiness, bliss, and the entry of wind into the central channel. This is also highly praised for generating heat, and it is a small temporary benefit of this, the third stage of visualization. Next, opening the upper end of the central channel: Visualize a white bindu within your eyebrows, shaped like a moon mandala, about the size of a rounded fingernail, standing upright, with a four-armed Gahyakila (delight-wheel) design. Hold the gentle wind moderately, or with the wind flowing in and out slowly, exhale and inhale, so that the Gahyakila bindu in the eyebrow, rotates vigorously alternately clockwise or counterclockwise, focus single-mindedly on the body and mind being filled with bliss. Although there is also a physical posture of bending the upper end of the central channel in the eyebrow, focusing on the rotation of the bindu, it is not necessary to visualize such a channel shape. This is praised for generating bliss, and it is the fourth stage of visualization. Further learning to open the lower end of the central channel: Combine union breath and gentle wind, and first stimulate the downward-clearing and lower two channels slightly, and after getting used to it, stimulate them vigorously. Visualize a red triangular Dharma source, four fingers in size, from four fingers below the navel to the secret place of your body. In the center of the inside of its opening, visualize a red bindu, like a sun mandala, with a Gahyakila design. By forcefully pressing the breath down to the secret place with union breath, the Dharma source does not rotate, but the Gahyakila bindu rotates rapidly, focus single-mindedly on this. This mainly generates the experience of emptiness, and it is the fifth stage of visualization. Third, binding the wind in the central channel: Here, meditate in this way with the powerful vase breath that has four applications: From the navel to four fingers below the navel, visualize the red Dharma source in the center of the body, the central channel directly in line with the navel, and as before, visualize it with ཨཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体,oṃ,seed syllable). In the upper end of the central channel, visualize the white syllable ཧཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,seed syllable) with its head facing down. Holding the vase breath, as before, at the navel
