Meditating with the middle and top joined is the third visualization of Tummo, which is the eighth visualization cycle. Alternatively, if these Tummos are not combined with vase breathing, but are meditated on in the natural state of breath, then when exhaling, Tummo blazes; when inhaling, from (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) 11-491 the mind of enlightenment descends; when abiding, meditate on blazing, dripping, and the middle and top joined. There are three internal divisions within this, so when meditating, the three visualization cycles can also be taught all at once, or meditated on as one visualization cycle in an easy-to-understand way, which is the ninth visualization cycle. Therefore, Tummo is the yoga of the bindu of one's own body possessing skillful means. If any of the three yogas of Tummo, even if practiced for a long time, cannot generate the wisdom of bliss and warmth, then one should practice the expelling breath exercises. Among these, there are three: gathering the breaths at the door of the central channel, opening the door of the central channel, and forceful union. The first is further divided into two. The first breath exercise is to simply relax the body posture and mind, and place the hands on the knees. Straighten the body and eliminate stale air. Inhale through the upper air, and starting from the waist, push the breath forward as much as possible, and strongly expand the abdomen outward. Then, direct the tip of the wind of the secret place towards the back. When exhaling, strongly contract the back wind and press the abdomen towards the spine, which is the tenth visualization cycle. The second breath exercise is: with the body posture as before, exhale the breath, and repeatedly tilt and break the central channel, which is the eleventh visualization cycle. These two gather the breaths at the door of the central channel. Second, opening the door of the central channel is also divided into two. First, with the body posture the same as before, press the breath into the abdomen and strongly expand it forward, and without leaking air, press the abdomen towards the spine, which is the twelfth visualization cycle. The second breath exercise is: the body posture is with both knees on the ground, and the hands grasp the outer edges of the left and right kidneys, directing the breath into the kidneys. The rest is the same as before, and finally, when exhaling, twist the head and upper body to the left and right, which is the thirteenth visualization cycle, breath exercise.

Those two are the methods to open the central channel's door. Third, forced union has two types. The first is: the body posture is squatting, holding vase breathing, and pressing the two pulse points of the throat with both hands, which is the wave of enjoyment, the fourteenth focus point. The second is: blocking the anus with the heel of the right foot, placing the left hand between the left leg and the thigh, leaning on the cushion. Clenching the right hand into a fist, placing it under the left armpit, pressing down with the left arm, holding vase breathing. Forcefully inhale air into the left armpit. This is the fifteenth focus point. Similarly, for the right side, it is the opposite of this, which is the sixteenth focus point. This is the second type of forced union. Through these, one can move the breath to the left and right. Then comes the Vajra recitation: when the breath slowly enters, visualize it accompanied by the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and when it is located in the center of the body, visualize the syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥) also being crushed and merged into it. When the breath moves, if the abdomen is empty, visualize Buddha, and when holding it outwards and making the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), visualize the sound as being the same as the sky. Through the sound of "skull cup", also guide it in from the center, right, and left three places, and visualize the stream of Bodhicitta flowing down from the crown of the head. When the breath stays, visualize it accompanied by the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and offering the life force upwards, Bodhicitta fills the entire body. When the breath moves outwards, visualize it accompanied by the sound of Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), and forcefully blow it out from the mouth, performing trembling, this is the seventeenth focus point. During those two vase breathings, one can complete one round of Vajra recitation containing eleven syllables. Thus, up to this point, it is the completion stage with the key instructions and focus points of one's own body possessing skillful means. The bindu yoga with focus points that relies on a wisdom consort of another body should be understood separately. For the non-conceptual completion stage without focus, first is the yoga of individually gathering: the body posture is in accordance with the general posture. The gaze of the eyes is upwards, downwards, or straight ahead in any direction, gazing without moving the eyeballs. Abandoning all the scattering of thoughts, relaxing without fabrication, this is individually gathering. Objective appearances and
