瑜伽母续之王 佛颅圆满次第 11-487 ༄༅། །瑜伽母续之王 佛颅圆满次第。 ༄༅། །瑜伽母续之王 佛颅的 圆满次第。 ༄༅། །嗡 斯瓦斯谛！ 此处，瑜伽母续之王，吉祥佛颅的生圆次第之教授，若欲修持，生起次第如《无畏论释》所说，观修二十五尊本尊之现证圆满，或圆满瑜伽之次第，或如主尊单尊等口诀而修。若欲修持圆满次第，首先应作守护，即念诵“嗡 佛陀 卡巴里尼 阿康 格让 准 施让 吽 啪特（藏文：ༀ་བུདྡྷ་ཀ་པཱ་ལི་ནི་ཨ་ཁཾ་གྲཾ་དྲུཾ་ཤྲུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्ध कपालिनि अखं ग्रं द्रुं श्रुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kapālini akhaṃ graṃ druṃ śruṃ huṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 佛陀 持颅 阿康 格让 准 施让 吽 啪特）”之咒语。然后，自己于瞬间观想为薄伽梵佛颅之身。身之形相为：身色蓝黑色，一面四臂。右第一手持钺刀，左第一手持颅器。其余二手，右持手鼓，左持卡杖嘎。左足伸展，以半跏趺坐之舞姿，安住于莲花日轮座垫之上。旧之修法仪轨与口诀中，头部黄发向上竖立。论释中说如胜乐金刚。具有六种骨饰，具头鬘。明妃多种自在母，身色红色，裸体无饰，持钺刀与颅器，拥抱之身。此乃依仗生起次第之简略，即为观修一座。 正行中，首先风瑜伽有四种，第一种微尘边际者：气息外出之时，无声极缓，如微尘不沾染般，持续不断地呼出，呼出完毕之时，腹部紧贴脊柱，向外稍稍用力，此为观修第二座。 第二种充满者：气息进入之时，无声极缓地吸入，吸入完毕之时，稍稍向内用力，随即向外放出。此为观修第三座。 第三种僵直者：气息呼出后，尽力屏住。眼睛望向天空，此为观修第四座。

Here, to practice the instructions on the generation and completion stages of the glorious Buddha Skull, King of the Yogini Tantras, the generation stage is practiced by fully contemplating the complete realization of the twenty-five deities as it appears in the commentary on the Fearless One's treatise, or the stages of complete yoga, or according to the oral instructions such as the main single deity. If you wish to practice the completion stage, first, protection should be done by reciting the mantra "Om Buddha Kapalini Akham Gram Drum Shrum Hum Phat（藏文：ༀ་བུདྡྷ་ཀ་པཱ་ལི་ནི་ཨ་ཁཾ་གྲཾ་དྲུཾ་ཤྲུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：ॐ बुद्ध कपालिनि अखं ग्रं द्रुं श्रुं हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ buddha kapālini akhaṃ graṃ druṃ śruṃ huṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：嗡 佛陀 持颅 阿康 格让 准 施让 吽 啪特）". Then, in an instant, one should contemplate oneself as the body of the Bhagavan Buddha Skull. The form of the body is: the body is dark blue-black in color, with one face and four arms. The first right hand holds a curved knife, and the first left hand holds a skull cup. The remaining two hands, the right holds a hand drum, and the left holds a khatvanga. The left leg is extended, in a half-lotus posture of dance, seated on a lotus and sun disc seat. In the old sadhana and oral instructions, the yellow hair on the head is said to be erect. In the commentary, it is described as being like Chakrasamvara. Possessing six bone ornaments, with a garland of heads. The consort, Various Blissful Mother, is red in color, naked and unadorned, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the body. This is a condensed reliance on the generation stage, which is one session of contemplation. In the main practice, first, there are four types of wind yoga. The first, with dust-like edges: when the breath goes out, it is silent and very slow, like dust not sticking, continuously exhaling, and when the exhalation is complete, the abdomen presses against the spine, and slightly forces outwards, this is the second session of contemplation. The second, with fullness: when the breath comes in, it is silently and very slowly inhaled, and when the inhalation is complete, it is slightly forced inwards, and then released outwards. This is the third session of contemplation. The third, with stiffness: after exhaling, hold the breath as much as possible. The eyes look at the sky, this is the fourth session of contemplation.
