In connection with sentient beings, offer immeasurable offerings emanated by the mind, Generate the mind of enlightenment. Then, purify into emptiness with śūnyatā. From within emptiness, from the radiating and gathering of light from E and VAM, in an instant, it transforms into a protective wheel, a palace of eight great charnel grounds, and a seat of lotus, sun, and four maras. On top of that, the essence of one's own mind, at the end of Āli and Kāli, adorned with OM and HUM, becomes complete, transforming into a red moon mandala. In its center, from HUM arises a blue vajra marked with HUM. Its light invites the Tathagata with the consort of knowledge, and all merge into one. Oneself transforms into the body of glorious Heruka, the great wrathful one: the body color is black like rain clouds, the root face is like a bumblebee, the right is white, the left is red, and the top is smoky. The remaining four faces are terrifying like darkness. The right hands hold vajra, sword, arrow, wheel, chopper, staff, trident, and iron hook. The left hands hold bell, lotus, bow, khatvanga, skull cup of blood, jewel, threatening mudra, and lasso. He subdues the four maras on the sun mandala, with four legs, the right extended and standing. Adorned with a garland of heads and bone ornaments, wearing a tiger skin, with three eyes, the crown adorned with various vajras. The hair is raised upwards, and his consort, with four hands holding knife, skull cup, arrow, and bow, extends her left and embraces the father in a dancing posture. Both reside in the center of a fire mass of wisdom. Alternatively, one should meditate on the two-handed form: the body color is like immaculate sky, the hair is yellow and raised upwards, with three eyes of red bandhu, biting the lower lip with teeth. The right hand raises a black vajra, the left hand holds a skull cup of blood at the heart. Dancing on top of the four maras, wearing a tiger skin, adorned with five seals, with a necklace of human heads, embracing the wisdom khatvanga. The HUM widely laughs. Residing in the center of a fire mass of wisdom. On his forehead is OM, on his throat is AH, and on the lotus and sun mandala at his heart is a blue five-pronged vajra, with a blue HUM at the center. By reciting VAJRA SAMĀ JAḤ JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ, all pure vessels transform into palaces, and all essences transform into the form of Vajravarahi and dissolve into oneself, thus contemplate. Recite OM AH HUM.

嗡ra ma ho ra ma ho 萨哈加阿难达 ho!(藏文:ༀ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་ཨཱ་ནནྡ་ཧོ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་པ་རཱ་{མ[ཨ]་ནནྡ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་བི་རཱ་{མ}ནནྡ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་ས་ཧ་ཛ་ནནྡ་ཧོ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rāma ho rāma ho ānanda ho ho! rāma ho rāma ho parā{ma[a]nanda ho! rāma ho rāma ho birā{ma}nanda ho! rāma ho rāma ho sahaja nanda ho!,汉语字面意思:嗡ra ma ho ra ma ho 阿难达 ho ho!

Speaking. All the deities of empowerment come to the sky in front, and recite: Om Ah Hum Phem Phet Hum Svaha! (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཕུཾ་ཕཻཾ་ཕཊ་ཧཱུཾ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ phuṃ phaiṃ phaṭ hūṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Phem Phet Hum Svaha!) Abhiṣiñca (Tibetan: ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: abhiṣiñca, Literal Chinese meaning: Empowerment). Empower with the water of the vase. Remove impurities. Akshobhya adorns the crown. E at the navel, Bam at the heart, Ya at the throat, Ma at the crown, is the nature of the four mudras. Contemplate the mind of the empowerment deities. 11-253 From the letter Ka, arise the eight yoginis and other Vajra Yoginis. Think that they are granting it to me. Recite: Om Ha Ho Hrih Sula Lita (Tibetan: ༀ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿསུ་ལ་ལི་ཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ ha ho hrīḥ sula lita, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ha Ho Hrih Sula Lita). Then, due to the cause of the goddesses and subsequent desire, electric rays of light radiate from the letter E at the navel, burning all the letters within the Avadhuti. Melting all the places of the crown, such as the letter Ma, the stream of Kunda flows quickly and subtly, dripping and dissolving into the letter E. Think of attaining the four joys that do not change. Sing: Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Ananda Ho Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Para Ananda Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Bira Ananda Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Sahaja Nanda Ho! (Tibetan: ༀ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་ཨཱ་ནནྡ་ཧོ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་པ་རཱ་{མ[ཨ]་ནནྡ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་བི་རཱ་{མ}ནནྡ་ཧོ། རཱ་མ་ཧོ་རཱ་མ་ཧོ་ས་ཧ་ཛ་ནནྡ་ཧོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ rāma ho rāma ho ānanda ho ho! rāma ho rāma ho parā{ma[a]nanda ho! rāma ho rāma ho birā{ma}nanda ho! rāma ho rāma ho sahaja nanda ho!, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Ananda Ho Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Para Ananda Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Bira Ananda Ho! Om Rama Ho Rama Ho Sahaja Nanda Ho!) In the center of the union of the sun and moon gau box in the navel of the vajra at the heart, the mantra garland surrounds the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) letter, and light radiates from all the mantras, becoming one as thin as a horsehair, making the sound "Tok Puk," piercing the moon above. That light rushes upward like smoke from the central channel, emanates outward, and then enters inward again with the wind, dissolving into the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) letter. After meditating in this way about seven times, think that the breath no longer goes in and out, and practice the second mudra, reciting: Om Ah Hum Phet Svaha! (Tibetan: ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Phet Svaha!) When practicing the sixteenth mudra, recite Ashta. If you want to gather, recite the Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) letter a hundred times. At that time, think that all appearances are like illusions, and when reciting the last Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) letter, think that everything is empty, and abide in that. Then, rise again from the illusory body, and engage in conduct with the pride of a deity. Do not analyze the instructions with conceptual thought, because that will only accomplish fruitless labor. Therefore, the noble ones know. If combined with one's own thoughts, I would also dare to say some things that seem good, but since the holy ones have hidden them, how can they be distinguished? Thus, according to the words of the venerable guru Buddhagupta, some things that have not been contaminated by one's own thoughts are spoken.
