༄༅། །那摩 guru(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:གུ་རུ,गुरु,guru,上师)。

Collection of Teachings by Tāranātha JT120: From the Instructions on the Guhyasamāja Jñānapāda System: A Guide to Profound Clarity and Non-Duality. From the Instructions on the Guhyasamāja Jñānapāda System: A Guide to Profound Clarity and Non-Duality. ༄། ། Preliminary Practices. From the Instructions on the Guhyasamāja Jñānapāda System: A Guide to Profound Clarity and Non-Duality. (These two, namely shamatha and vipassanā, should be taught first.) ༄༅། ། Namo guru(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思:གུ་རུ,गुरु,guru,上师). Having paid homage to the lotus feet of the Vajra Master, in order to briefly write down the instructions on profound clarity and non-duality, may the Victorious Ones be pleased. Herein, there are two parts: preliminary practices and the main practice. The first should be understood as the method for the indestructible jewel. Main Practice. The second has three parts: the profound, free from elaboration, guidance; the clear, mandala, guidance; and the ultimate, union, guidance. The Profound, Free from Elaboration, Guidance. In the first, there is the method for holding the mind, the method for transforming it into the path, and the measure of becoming stable. In the first, there are the method for holding itself and the measure of having been held. In the first, there are with-wind and without effort. The first is: if one prefers gentle wind, then tighten all the key points of the body, hold the upper and lower winds slightly, expand the abdomen outwards, and place the mind in the sky in front of the tip of the nose and look. This is the first contemplation. If one prefers strong wind, then there are relying on an umbrella and relying on a wheel. The first is: in the sky below oneself, imagine an umbrella spinning around, and focus the mind 5-802 on it. Hold the vase breath strongly, and then exhale and inhale again. This is the second contemplation. The second, relying on a wheel, is: place a wheel under the body, and spin the wheel to the right. Focus the mind and eyes on the sky above. Sometimes hold the breath strongly, and sometimes exhale strongly. The sound of music should be continuous on the left and right, and fragrant incense should also be burned. Doing this several times will cause the mind to be held. This is the method for increasing the power of strong wind, and it is important to know the limits at this time. This is the third contemplation. The second is: with the key points of the body in place, focus the eyes on the tip of the nose. The mind is not focused on one object, but is left to relax naturally. Thus, the mind

Those groundings, through constant and repeated meditation, the mind will abide. This is the fourth stage of contemplation. Second, the measure of attainment is: the mind abides continuously, thoughts dissipate like sparks extinguished, and even if thoughts arise in the mind, they do not scatter, but abide continuously. The body trembles, awareness is clear and distinct, and experiences like a forest being blown by the wind occur. Similarly, the five senses are not harmed by external objects, and the consciousness of the five senses appears as emptiness. Second, cultivating on the path is divided into entering the profound Dharma and actually practicing the profound Dharma. First, it is divided into meditating on no-self and meditating on no-thingness. The first is, as stated in the Kunzang (Samantabhadra's Prayer): "The continuous thoughts of self and mine, their essence is the place of samsara. Purity is also the absence of that inversion, the nature of consciousness alone should be known." It means that the so-called "self" does not reside anywhere inside or outside the body, nor is it the five senses and the various parts of the body. Because it is not in any place other than those. Therefore, the so-called "self" is merely a fabrication by various ordinary people, and in reality, there is nothing. Meditating in this way is the fifth stage of contemplation. Second, the meaning of meditating on no-thingness has three aspects: As stated in the Oral Transmission: "Why are all dharmas, abiding in the mind, and the mind itself also abiding in space, space does not abide anywhere, luminosity, originally pure emptiness." According to the order stated, contemplate appearances as mind, contemplate the grasper and the grasped as non-dual, and establish the nature as free from extremes. First, focus on the appearances of the dwelling place, such as the body, and contemplate these appearances as they appear, but they do not actually exist. Because there are different thoughts about one thing, everything is just an appearance of the mind. Believing in this way is the sixth stage of contemplation. Place any object of contemplation in front, and then examine its various parts separately, and finally recognize that it is just a mass of dust particles. If you analyze and break down each dust particle, you cannot determine it as before. Therefore, even if the object of contemplation does not disappear from sight, you cannot find anything when you analyze it. You should know that this is just an illusion of your own mind. Contemplation
