Similar to such yoga, for the appearance of emptiness and form that is seen, observe with the view mentioned above without wavering, and the mind also focuses on that image. Do not make fabricated modifications. By clearly seeing the self-face of that emptiness and form, the appearance is uninterrupted, and for this kind of place, time, and nature that is unspeakable and free from elaboration, recognize and perceive it. That is a branch of wisdom, and from this, the appearance of non-[experiential] conceptualization as one's own mind, as well as the view of discerning its [basis] of being without characteristics, the joy and happiness of body and mind, and the extremely tamed bliss of the indistinguishable merging of the situation and the situation-holder, these five branches will arise in sequence. If stability in emptiness and form is not obtained, then meditate on gathering into equanimity, and during breaks, make the actions and postures mostly similar, and focus on ordinary appearances, just recognizing its nature as clear and ungraspable, and abide in it. From the steps of entering and exiting meditation, the branch of meditation will arise immediately. Thus it is also said: The arising of the three secrets is conceptualization, its enjoyment is the view, joy and similarity is the third, happiness is the fourth, the knowable and the known cease to arise, the fifth is to know one's own mind. From the latter part of the Collected Sutras. The Branch of Life-Force Practice The Branch of Life-Force Practice 4-568 is: The body's actions and postures are the same as other [yogas], while the observation is the nectar-swirling view, which is to focus directly on the center of the eyebrows. The key to speech is the nine-section wind, and when slightly holding the exhaled breath, contract the lower gate and forcefully pull the downward-draining air upwards to the navel. Visualize the upward-moving air as the sound of (Tibetan: ༀ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese: 嗡), and with the air, press it towards the navel. Forcefully draw up the downward-moving air. If you feel slightly uncomfortable, then inhale a small amount of air again, and perform the pulling and pressing. In between, visualize the air residing in the sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese: 吽). Then, slowly exhale with a thin and long force, and visualize it as the sound of (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese: 啊). This method should be practiced repeatedly. The key to the mind is to visualize the sound of the three syllables, each time for a moment, mainly

For all three of entering, abiding, and exiting wind, with the awareness that experiences the touch of emptiness and wind, abide equally with the nature of your own awareness. When you are slightly accustomed to it, when the wind goes out, meditate in a way that focuses on emptiness itself. When the wind comes in, experience the appearance of form as the nature of mind, and then rest equally in the nature of mind. When abiding, rest equally in a balanced way on the three: wind, emptiness, and mind, so that the experiencer, the feeler, the knower, the seer dissolve into the dharmadhatu, and rest without any effort. Like (the verse): With self-awareness to the soles of the feet, Everything is filled with wind, Depending on the vase breath, It is said to destroy with three actions. This is from the Compendium Sutra. During the session breaks, the mind does not make any conceptual thoughts, and the speech is in the state of vase breath. The head, hands, feet, upper abdomen, and lower abdomen should be massaged many times as in practice. Rotate and toss the head, twist the upper body, move the ocean, toss the lasso, wave the arms, stretch, bend, stretch and strike the legs. [From the feet to the whole body] Jump the back, lift and strike the lotus posture. Repeat these actions again and again, first slowly, then quickly and forcefully. In addition, long Ha, short Ha, and large and small exhalations should also be done as appropriate. The Limb of Holding Next is the limb of holding, which arises powerfully depending on the previous life force exertion. However, in order for the vase breath that has already been accomplished at the navel chakra to be accomplished at the heart, throat, forehead, and crown chakras, and in order for the wind-mind to be bound to the central channel bindu after the five places such as the navel chakra have been accomplished, and in order to stabilize it after binding, the practice is special. To enhance the power of these two limbs, draw the downward-clearing air upwards with a strong long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and also inhale air on top of the short Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and also guide the downward-clearing air (concentrating one after another), practice continuously many times (finally exhale. Its sitting posture is this): The body is upright, the hips are raised, and squat. The hands pass through the inside of the thighs and grab the front of the tibia of the legs. Again, while holding the breath out, guide with a long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽).
