If the mind is like a corpse, it is not a great meditation; although there is no mind, it has the nature of knowing. Like the sky, it is high and vast; like the earth, it is unmoving and broad. Like a lamp, it is clear; like crystal, it is transparent; like water, it is naturally pure. When meditating, there is no hope or fear; in between sessions, one is stunned and speechless. Please generate strong diligence. Turn away from attachment to worldly dharmas. Manifestation is a miraculous transformation of wisdom. Awareness is clear and empty, naked. Please generate complete equanimity without exception. Generate certainty in the purity of dharma in its own place. Without needing an antidote to conceptual thought, generate certainty in going to self-emptiness. 1-612 Conceptualization is exhausted and there is stillness. Looking inward, it is empty and clear. Looking outward, it is vast and boundless. Experience it without mixing with concepts. Jealousy, attachment, and hatred naturally subside. Conceptual thought, experience, and realization are three. Recognize them as inseparable, like the sky. Nothing is anything, there is no gathering or scattering. Ordinary awareness is not broken. Without adding or subtracting, without bias or loss, everything is the mind's self-giving. Artificial meditation is all delusion. The nature of emptiness cannot be meditated upon. Do not be attached to the nectar of experience. However, it is inseparable from bodhicitta. Having expectations of those who are disrespectful, being unhappy when insulted. Being happy when praised and sad when criticized. This attachment to dreamlike happiness is because you are seeking gain and honor. What is the difference between you and ordinary people? You do not even have the scent of a great meditator. Conventional truth and ultimate truth are neither near nor far. Emptiness does not need to be proven, and appearance does not need to be blocked. The emptiness analyzed by intelligence, although good, falls into the trap of concepts. Although there are many conceptual constructs with objects, they are lighter and lighter on conceptual thought. Like the feeling of a person drunk on alcohol, or like the pleasure of a young woman. It vanishes as soon as it is experienced. That blissful clarity without certainty is like a fog, without essence. You must seize an unchanging foundation. Even if you master temporary expedient methods, the attachment and hatred of fellow practitioners and entourage threatens to cast yourself and others into evil paths. There is no need for loans or livelihoods. Abandon the entourage and wander in the mountains. The Buddha's teachings will also quickly decline. This life is also sudden, like lightning and hail.

One should seek wisdom like Lava. Everyone has things they want to do, But they spend their lives within their own limits. If you can practice diligently for the sake of the Dharma, Food and clothing will naturally come along. If you do not break your vows, The dakinis will accomplish favorable conditions. Having aroused everything with a non-idle mind, Unwavering practice is extremely important. If practiced properly, it is a key instruction, If it is just empty talk, it becomes a joke. This was the advice of Gyal Khampa Tāranātha (1575-1634) to some students, at Yoru Gongkar (Gonggar County, Shannan, Tibet). Table of Contents The Precious Garland of Oral Instructions.
