Take Suman wood (a type of tree), ghee (clarified butter), and mustard seeds, mix them in equal parts. In front of the patient, take a pinch with three fingers, chanting the mantra once and throwing it into the fire. Repeat this one thousand and eight times, and the illness will be cured. If someone is frightened and wants to create a boundary, they should take a knife and chant the mantra one thousand and eight times, placing it at the door. If someone is creating a boundary in the air, fearing that various evil spirits will seek an opportunity, they should take water and chant the mantra seven times, using it to sprinkle in all directions. If one feels fear within oneself, tie a cursed cord to protect oneself. If someone has been poisoned, take Kulu grass, empower it with a mantra, and the patient will be cured. If someone suffers from wind disease, chant the mantra over sesame oil one thousand and eight times, applying it to the affected area to be cured. If someone suffers from ear pain, take green sandalwood and fry it in oil, using it to drip into the ear to be cured. If someone suffers from abdominal pain, take black salt and chant the mantra one hundred and eight times, giving it to the patient to take to be cured. If someone suffers from toothache, take Suman water and chant the mantra one hundred and eight times, crushing it and using it to brush the teeth to relieve the pain. If there are children who are frightened and cry day and night, take white silk thread to tie a cursed cord, chanting the mantra one hundred and eight times, tying it around the child's neck to remove fear. If someone has a headache, take a steel knife or use the hand to chant the mantra one hundred and eight times, rubbing it on the head to be cured. If someone has been cursed by others using witchcraft (using curses to harm people), take a steel knife for seven days and seven nights, empowering the patient with the mantra to be cured. If thunder and lightning occur, use your hand to break off a pomegranate branch, without removing the thorns and leaves, holding it in your hand towards the roaring place, chanting the mantra one hundred and eight times to eliminate the disaster. For all undertakings that one wishes to accomplish, before reciting this mantra, one must first make offerings of incense and flowers, and then reciting the mantra will surely be successful. After speaking this sutra, the Akashagarbha Bodhisattva Mahasattva (Akashagarbha Bodhisattva, the great Bodhisattva), the Eight Classes of Gods and Dragons (eight types of Dharma protectors such as gods and dragons) all rejoiced and praised, wholeheartedly practicing it.
