Quickly eliminate all their karmic obstacles from the three times (past, present, and future). Each of you, with your divine power and weapons, shatter their three karmas (body, speech, and mind), so that they may attain purity. In the practice of contemplation and samadhi (a state of meditative consciousness), enable them to be like me in this present life. Now, I will further speak a secret one-syllable heart dharani for you. You should listen well.' 地门。速令一切有情疾证佛身。尔时十方殑誐沙俱胝诸佛。咸作是言。更当为我宣说一字心密印及悉地等法。云何令诸有情速于现生得无上道法。云何得上中下成就密法。云何得神通法。云何修三摩地法。愿世尊慈悲为诸众生广作利益。尔时世尊轮王告诸佛及金刚手佛等言。谛听更为汝广说修三摩地门。速令现生证无上道果。处于生死不入涅槃。令得身常得自在。善男子我今为汝先说根本密印法。以二手虚心合掌。以二头指入掌中。以二大指押之。是名心印一字之法。结此印时。十方诸俱胝数佛。速至彼所加持彼身口心。速获清净。如处中不见身心。而证大人位处。与诸佛同位为未来诸佛之师。亦为现在诸佛之师。亦为过去诸佛传之师。若有善男子修行此法。先于心中观婀(引入)字。白色成大月轮。量遍法界无上中下际。成大八辐金轮。又于一一辐中右旋布八色金刚轮。依前观身为大我。于轮脐中作顶轮王形。即结成就一切事业佛顶诸佛心本三昧耶印。以二手散开十指并二掌根。即以此印指上散安十字真言。一一字上散无量百千杂色宝光。散射十方诸佛刹土。光明炽盛三世无等。即以印手右旋如罥索环势。一旋一佛一轮。九佛九轮八十一亿俱胝数诸佛。如说色相花台亦然。如是本初轮印之时。不令印光断绝光焰。此 现代汉语译本： 地藏菩萨说：‘迅速令一切有情众生证得佛身。’ 这时，十方恒河沙俱胝（俱胝：古代印度计数单位，相当于一千万）诸佛都这样说：‘请您再为我们宣说一字心密印以及悉地（悉地：成就）等法，如何能让有情众生在现世迅速获得无上道法？如何能获得上、中、下成就密法？如何能获得神通法？如何修习三摩地（三摩地：禅定）法？’愿世尊慈悲，为了众生广作利益。 这时，世尊轮王告诉诸佛及金刚手佛等说：‘仔细听着，我再为你们广说修习三摩地之门，迅速令你们在现世证得无上道果，处于生死轮回之中而不入涅槃（涅槃：佛教指超脱生死轮回的境界），令你们的身体常得自在。’ ‘善男子，我现在先为你们说根本密印法：用两手虚心合掌，将两个食指放入掌中，用两个大拇指按住它们，这叫做心印一字之法。结此印时，十方诸俱胝数佛，迅速来到此人所在之处，加持他的身口意，使他迅速获得清净，如同处于虚空之中不见身心，而证得大人之位，与诸佛同位，成为未来诸佛之师，也成为现在诸佛之师，也成为过去诸佛传法之师。’ ‘若有善男子修行此法，先在心中观想‘婀’（婀：梵文字母）字，白色，形成大的月轮，其大小遍布法界，没有上下边际，形成大的八辐金轮。又在每一个辐条中右旋布置八色金刚轮。依照前面的观想，将自身观想为大我，在轮的中心观想顶轮王形，然后结成就一切事业佛顶诸佛心本三昧耶印。用两手散开十指，并拢两个掌根，然后用此印指向上散布十字真言，每一个字上散发无量百千杂色宝光，散射到十方诸佛刹土，光明炽盛，三世无等。然后用印手右旋，如罥索（罥索：捕兽的绳索）环绕之势，一旋一佛一轮，九佛九轮，八十一亿俱胝数诸佛，如所说的色相花台也是这样。像这样本初轮印之时，不要让印光断绝光焰。’
