Rebirth is unreasonable. Therefore, cessation is not established. This is a concluding teaching. The first part is divided into two points: the main text and refuting the answers that avoid faults. The fifth part is the suffering arising from not understanding, which is divided into six aspects: one should not be attached to or hate the eight worldly dharmas. It is shown that the eight worldly dharmas themselves are not established. Due to not understanding, life is difficult. The process of suffering arising continuously. Therefore, one should feel sorrow. Due to carelessness, one falls into the lower realms. The fourth part is divided into four points: even if one is reborn in a good realm, one will fall into the lower realms. Experiencing endless suffering in samsara. Lifespan is short and passes meaninglessly. There are many obstacles and it is difficult to find favorable conditions. This is the summary of the ninth chapter. Summary of the tenth chapter: Finally, there is the dedication of merit, which is divided into two points: dedicating the merit of thought and prostrating in remembrance of kindness. The first part is divided into three points: dedicating for the benefit of others, for oneself, and for common benefit. The first part is divided into two points: dedicating for the benefit of the mundane and the supramundane. The first part is divided into five points: dedicating generally for the benefit of beings in the lower realms, for the benefit of beings in the good realms, and for those who commonly participate in the Dharma. The second part is divided into three points: dedicating for the pacification of the suffering of hell, animals, and hungry ghosts. The first part is divided into three points: dedicating for the natural pacification of suffering, dedicating for the pacification through the power of the three protectors (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi), and concluding by dedicating for the pacification through the power of other Bodhisattvas. The first part is divided into two points: dedicating for the pacification of the suffering of the main text, and dedicating for the pacification of the suffering of the surroundings. The third part is dedicating for the benefit of beings in the good realms, which is divided into two points: dedicating to be separated from undesirable things, and dedicating to accomplish desired things. The fourth part is dedicating for common benefit, which is divided into two points: dedicating to obtain perfection, and dedicating to pacify undesirable things. The first part is divided into three points: dedicating for the complete fulfillment of the main conditions for entering the path, dedicating for the complete purification of the world, and dedicating for the perfection of virtuous conditions. The second part is dedicating for oneself, which is divided into four points: dedicating to obtain temporary results, dedicating to always meet with the yidam, dedicating to practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva, and dedicating to obtain the power to benefit others. This is the summary of the tenth chapter. Conclusion: Thus, according to the words of the venerable (Tsongkhapa) and the four great commentaries, whatever virtue there is in accomplishing benefit and happiness, may all beings understand this meaning well and attain the state of the two-legged chief (Buddha). With few words, showing vast meaning, such summaries are not found elsewhere. May intelligent, Dharma-seeking, impartial individuals be like gold that has been refined, cut, and polished. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
