Eyes and mind are directed towards the prana itself, not towards the chakras. During practice, silent and gentle recitation is considered supreme. This is the view of the masters of the Manngak tradition, and it is stated in the Tantric Compendium. If the movement of prana is not clearly seen, during the practice of Manngak, when the earth prana moves, the vajra posture and seat, as well as the other three, should also be coordinated. The main practice for those who are neither male nor female is to focus on the Lotus Mother as before and meditate. Your understanding of this practice is uncertain, just as 'Desimo' says, it is not operating on the upper prana, but rather the practice of arising, merging, and abiding in the Lotus Mother and the anus. Regarding avoiding obstacles, the meaning of 'forcefully blowing away the heavy prana' is to keep the upper prana and anus still, only forcefully contracting and releasing the urethra. Regarding the vase breathing in the heart and throat, etc., in terms of body posture, first exhale, and then when the prana reaches the throat, do 'Koseko' nine times and hold your breath. The vase breathing in the heart is when the prana reaches the heart, straighten your back, lift your chest, and hold your breath as much as possible. None of these require tightening the lower prana. These are also like the meaning of 'do not do from the pacification of disease to a higher level', these methods of removing obstacles are to stop the practice of prana after the obstacles have subsided, and if you do not stop, there will be a fault of causing problems again. 'When the prana is blocked in the forehead, the Bodhisattvas will offer and praise' means that when the prana is blocked in the forehead, the external appearance is the scene of Bodhisattvas offering. Regarding holding the breath, swallow saliva silently, send it to the crown of the head, and see its image on the crown of the head, meaning swallow saliva silently, close your mouth, as if the prana is about to flow out, do not press below the throat, but push it up as if sucking the prana up. ...Regarding the meaning of 'seeing its image on the crown of the head', there is no answer yet, and now it needs to be supplemented. When removing obstacles, 'oneself or others rely on the Mudra of Avadhuti', the Mudra of Avadhuti refers to the Mudra used when practicing Brahmacharya. When transferring upwards, 'forcefully tighten the vase breathing of the navel, using forceful methods', this is not the practice of the Ugyenpa, but rather holding the breath and tightening the two veins of the throat, this is the practice of Amara. When accomplishing activities, before accomplishing activities... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, because there is śamatha-vipaśyanā (calm abiding and insight) to be accomplished, these two seem not to be the same. This is not about the occasion of guidance, but to generate the samādhi of Vajra recitation, and the key to eliminating obstacles, just like Lamdre, or usually practiced as a way of practice, first, like the preliminary practice of the Six Yogas, or like Lamdre, the three key points of guidance are carried out in advance: refuge and bodhicitta, In order to eliminate demonic obstacles, one must strive to generate loving-kindness and compassion, and slightly visualize the yidam. The best way to eliminate obstacles is the wrathful deity. The posture of the body can be the vajra posture, etc. In terms of breathing, one hand moves the mala, and the other hand covers the knee, or in a way that does not violate the posture of the body, sit as comfortably as possible. Then eliminate the impure air, first When starting, start from the movement of the life force, starting from the inner entry. Then focus on the inner movement of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), the abiding Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), the outgoing Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), recite with mind and breath without distraction. When the mind abides in this, in order to stabilize it, it is said that the inhalation should be gradually lengthened and the exhalation shortened. Similarly, with the mind, the inhalation should be lengthened, abide within, and the exhalation should be shortened, with awareness. It is said that in this way, one can abide within for a long time and generate inconceivable samādhi. This is the key of the Lamdre school. In fact, whether internal or external, do not hold your breath, nor deliberately lengthen your breath, but in a natural way, focus your mind and breath on recitation. After becoming slightly proficient, the inner movement and the time of abiding will gradually lengthen, and the mind will abide in this. When interrupting, relax the effort of breath and mind, and like in the guidance of view, practice the view of the three dharma seals, and the samādhi will become supreme.... Clarity is the characteristic of the mind, the mind focuses on clarity, no matter whether you look inside or outside, focus on the uninterrupted nature of clarity, and abide in a state of non-thought. Emptiness is the nature of the mind, the mind focuses on emptiness, no matter whether you look inside or outside, its nature is empty, the abiding body does not exist inside or outside, nor does it exist in space. Therefore, focusing on its naturally empty state, one will merge into a state of non-thought. Uncontrived is the essence of the mind, the mind focuses on the uncontrived, when abiding in such a state of equality, when the clear awareness is uninterrupted. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
