It is said that subtle energy arises from the navel chakra. In the context of inner yoga, when the life force seizes the central channel (Tibetan: དབུ་མ།, Uma), various empty forms are seen. This means that the wind has seized the central channel. The reason for not meditating at noon or midnight is that the energy of the Ida channel (Tibetan: བིང་།) is too strong at these times, and even if one meditates, it will not bring benefits but may be harmful. Regarding the question of certainty of experience and realization: In the Guhyasamaja Tantra (Tibetan: གུར་གསང་འདུས།), the Samputa Tantra, etc., there are five signs of the night, such as a cloudless sky. The characteristics of day and night each have five. According to this system, bindu (Tibetan: ཐིག་ལེ།) is not considered a sign, but is regarded as something that possesses signs. According to another system, there are four signs of the night and six signs of the day. In your letter, there is lightning before the bindu. At this stage, all ten signs are complete. As for the question of how long the seeing of bindu will last, it refers to the daytime sign of bindu. The 'coarse and subtle thought are the enemies of the five branches of Dhyana', unless it is the one-pointedness of wisdom, then by meditating on both coarse and subtle thought as antidotes, the antidote is precious. Furthermore, if the mind abides in one-pointedness, the body will also not move or stop, by attributing coarse thought to the branch of Dhyana, it shows that even if one has mastered the one-pointedness of wisdom, one still needs to meditate on the branch of coarse thought. Regarding conduct, there are two views, in reality, since the one-pointedness that is no different from wisdom is the same, they are similar. As the Abhidharmakosha says, coarse and subtle thought are considered to be coarse and subtle. When asked what these are... the immovability of the empty form is wisdom, not coarse thought. If one knows that the immovability of the empty form is one's own mind, then there is no need to meditate on subtle thought separately. If one does not know, even in meditative equipoise, there is still the appearance of difference between object and subject as seen now, then understanding the empty form as one's own mind, and focusing the mind inward. The so-called antidote refers to the antidote to clinging to the difference between grasper and grasped. In the commentary, 'coarse thought' refers to clinging to things. In the commentary on the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra, 'clinging to the things of the mind', therefore, abandoning the idea that the eye is an empty form and that it is the essence of knowledge, and focusing the mind on one's own mind, this is coarse thought. Khenpo believes that meditation is that. Subtle thought refers to, after meditating on coarse thought, when one sees the empty form in post-meditation, one remembers that the empty form is one's own mind. However, even when seeing the empty form, the mind still abides, but if one does not understand the empty form as one's own mind, but clings to the idea that object and mind are different, then as an antidote to that, one's own mind is emptiness. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I let go of the thought 'I am form' and focus on my own mind to meditate. After getting used to it, at the root position, form and mind merge, no longer clinging to their differences, but merging into one. With this power, as long as you focus on the mind, the appearances of karma will stop, and the emptiness form will appear. In the definite stage of experience and realization, the bindu will also become more and more subtle, appearing in the lines. When these are purified, they can be seen in the pulse of time. The so-called 'lines' refer to the shape of hair, with black, slender things appearing. Sometimes they are also curved. In any case, it refers to something like black hair. The one you said that appears frequently is not Rahula (Tibetan: སྒྲ་གཅན་མ་). It is the bindu appearing in the lines. Frequent appearance is also an excellent sign. The pulse of time is Avadhūta (Sanskrit: अवधूत, Sanskrit Romanization: Avadhūta, Chinese literal meaning: the one who has shaken off). 'The excellent form and kalpa of the eyes' refers to the excellent body of the Buddha, as well as the images of the gods of the desire and form realms, and so on. The meaning of 'kalpa' is the meaning that we ordinary people cannot understand without relying on skillful means. The word 'kalpa' also refers to the sound of emptiness that arises when entering samadhi. In terms of behavior, 'small dark room' refers to closing the eyes. Is that okay? In the stage of the left channel, 'the binding finger of the left channel' refers to gathering the tips of the three channels in the eyebrow center and focusing on the left side. The meaning of the intermediate virtue, the life force, is: the life force runs in the six main channels above and below, and the downward one is the eliminating air. Above are the three channels, and the air running in them is the life force; the air running in the three channels below is the eliminating air. In determining the way of looking, when exhaling, look at the space in the eyebrow center; when inhaling, look at the door of the left channel; when holding the breath, look at the door of the right channel; when contracting, look at the eyebrow center, just as you wish. Exhaling is outward, looking at the space in the eyebrow center. Inhaling is inward, the door of the left channel is in the eyebrow. Holding the breath is when staying inside, the door of the right channel is in the eyebrow. Contracting is looking outward at the eyebrow center. In short, it is to focus on each stage of the four operations of breathing, inhaling, holding, and contracting in turn. Also, regarding the meaning of 'the life channel of the body is the left door', etc. The three airs of body, speech, and mind, the earth air is between the navel chakras, and the water air becomes shorter within one finger, and longer outward. Similarly, the others are also inferred. When binding the actions, 'unite the eye and mind and focus on the breath'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
