During the practice of the Anatma Mother (Tibetan: བདག་མེད་མ།, meaning: Mother of No-Self), visualize yourself as the deity, with the Anatma Mother in front, blue in color, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, possessing the nature of bliss. Visualize the Bodhicitta of 'Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱཧཱ།)' in her secret place, with its nature being red. Visualize the blue 'Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།)' at your own secret place. Light radiates from the 'Hum' and strikes the 'Om Ah Hum', stimulating it, and the 'Om Ah Hum' transforms into the nature of Bodhicitta and dissolves. Draw the light like a thread, rising from your secret place. The body is filled with Bodhicitta, continuously, transforming into the nature of bliss. Finally, invite the Jetsunma (Tibetan: རྗེ་བཙུན་མ།) to also dissolve into the nature of red Bodhicitta and merge into yourself, thereby purifying the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies. Let the mind rest spontaneously in the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness. Furthermore, during the practice of the Anatma Mother, visualize your mind as the deity, and in the central channel of the navel, there is a Dharma source (Tibetan: ཆོས་འབྱུང་), white on the outside and red on the inside, possessing the nature of light. Visualize within it the seed syllable of the Anatma Mother, 'Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿསྭཱཧཱ།)', appearing in various colors. From there arise countless deities, with the Anatma Mother as the main one. Visualize these deities emerging from your right nostril, filling the entire world. These deities each emit the sound of their mantras, and the light strikes all sentient beings, thereby purifying all sentient beings' obscurations and habitual tendencies, transforming them into deities. Furthermore, visualize countless offering goddesses emerging from your right nostril, offering to all the deities with body, speech, and mind, making them happy. Then, visualize these goddesses returning, entering from your left nostril, and dissolving into the 'Om Ah Hum' in the skull cup. The 'Om Ah Hum' transforms into the nature of bliss, dissolving into light. From the complete transformation, visualize the Anatma Mother appearing, without inherent existence, possessing the nature of light. Pray to her: 'Deity, please bless me to abandon my self-grasping, bless me to generate meaningless thoughts, and I pray that you grant me a definitive understanding of appearances.' Then, visualize the heart of the Anatma Mother as being like the surface of a mirror, clearly showing whatever you wish to see. Do not force the mind, focus on this, in order to see appearances in sleep. Instructions on Clarifying the Appearance of Thigle Visions: Furthermore, in the practice of clarifying the appearance of thigle visions, while in the state of your mind appearing as the deity, slightly suppress the upper air, and from the crown of the head (Tibetan: སྤྱི་བོ།), a white thigle descends, reaching the heart. Purify ignorance, slightly lift the lower air. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Then, from Padmasambhava's secret place, emanate a blue bindu (thig le). When it reaches the heart, desire is self-purified, and hatred is also self-purified. From below the navel, emanate a red bindu, reaching the heart. When these are completely merged, from the various colored bindus, radiate light, and contemplate these rays connecting like threads to whatever scene you wish to see. Focus your mind on this, without being too attached, and then fall asleep, so you can see the scene you wish to see. In the practice of clear light ('od gsal), the method of contemplating 'A' is: below your navel, at the junction of the three channels, contemplate a source of phenomena (chos 'byung) that is white on the outside and red on the inside, with the nature of light. Within it, contemplate a white 'A' with the nature of light, whose essence is bodhicitta (byang chub kyi sems), shimmering with light like mercury. Merge this with your own mind, indivisibly, and maintain the aspiration for clear light, without separating from it. The method of not contemplating selflessness (bdag med) is: below your crown, above the brain, contemplate the Selfless Mother (bdag med ma), whose body is white and has the nature of light. In her heart, clearly contemplate the white 'A' as before, focus your awareness on it, and in a state of merging your mind with the 'A' indivisibly, repeatedly generate the aspiration for clear light. In the practice of the guru (bla ma), visualize yourself as the deity (yi dam), and in the central channel (rtsa dbu ma) of the deity, in the center of the heart chakra (snying ga chos kyi 'khor lo), there is a channel called Bhasanta (bha san ta) with its opening facing upwards. In the center of the four-petaled lotus (padma 'dab ma bzhi pa), visualize the guru, whose body is white, about an elbow in height, with the nature of light, and contemplate him as the essence of bodhicitta. In his heart, visualize a blue 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable)', shimmering with light. Then, as you fall asleep, illuminate the guru with the light of the 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable)'. The light emanating from the guru also illuminates the deity you are visualizing, making it even clearer, and repeatedly generate the aspiration for clear light. Finally, the light dissolves into the guru, the guru dissolves into the 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable)', and the 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable)' is gradually absorbed from the hook of the foot up to the nada, or visualize it disappearing into light, and unwaveringly maintain the aspiration for clear light, so you can attain clear light. The first of the four: untying the knots of the channels (rtsa mdud dgrol ba), drawing the bindu (thig le drangs pa), causing the wind to enter the central channel (rlung dbu mar bzhugs pa), and removing obstacles (gegs bsal ba) is: in a secluded place, sit in a comfortable posture, arranging the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana (rnam snang gi chos bdun bca'). Clearly visualize the three channels, and visualize the essence of the two side channels merging into the central channel. Sit in the vajra posture, with hands in the meditation mudra. Then, vigorously shake the body from side to side seventy times. Doing this will untie the knots of the channels. The second is drawing the bindu: stand upright, press the air below the navel, contract the secret place, and recite 'Hum (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable)'. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
