In this world, the dakini Niguma is renowned. Inseparable from the all-pervading Lord, the supreme one, may that yogini protect me. The unrivaled accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo, and his heart-son lineage holder Lodro Gyaltsen Pal, the unchanging great bliss who became the eye of the world, I prostrate to them until enlightenment, please protect me with compassion. The stream of nectar of the supreme guide's speech, the meaning that I have contemplated in my mind for a long time. Condensing the essence of continuous practice, I write it here for the benefit of fortunate students. In the space before you, on a precious throne supported by lions, on a seat of various lotuses, moon, and sun, the root guru appears in the form of Vajradhara, the color of his body is white, connected with the purifying A (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，A，汉语字面意思：埃) of emptiness. The methods are mostly blue. In the blazing light of blessings, surrounded by the gurus of the Niguma lineage, and the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, visualize as if seeing them directly. I and all sentient beings take refuge in the Three Jewels with reverence in body, speech, and mind. May all sentient beings, as vast as the sky, take refuge in the Lama, Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Recite this twenty-one or one hundred and eight times, or as much as is appropriate. Meditate on the immeasurable love, compassion, joy, and equanimity: May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness... Pray to the Lama, Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Recite this many times. If you are inspired, you can recite as usual: I pray to Buddha Vajradhara... until I pray to the kind root guru. Sometimes you can also recite the lineage prayer with melody. I pray that the Lama Rinpoche pacifies my illnesses and evil influences, I pray that he purifies my sins and obscurations, I pray that he causes special samadhi to arise in my mindstream. This section must be recited once or three times. Again, I pray that the Lama Rinpoche bestows upon me the empowerment of samadhi. From the ཨཱ་ (Tibetan: ཨཱ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: āḥ, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) at the throat and the ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: hūṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) at the heart, receive the secret empowerment and wisdom empowerment as before. The lineage lamas and all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dissolve into light, merging into my body, speech, and mind, purifying the sins and obscurations of the three doors, receiving the four empowerments, Manifesting the realization of the four kayas. Think like this. Then, visualize the inside of your skull, the brains completely invisible, appearing in the form of a Dharmodaya, with a thin root inserted into the throat, one corner pointing to the space between the eyebrows, and the other two corners pointing to the upper part of the left and right ears, white on the outside and red on the inside, empty and transparent. Within this, visualize the essence of your own mind as a white ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A), sounding the sound of ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A). Recite ཨ་ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a a, Sanskrit Romanization: a a, Literal meaning: A A), and from the ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) comes a stream of white and clear nectar, filling the inside of the Dharmodaya, overflowing from the mouth, washing the inside and outside of the body, and visualize that all diseases, evil spirits, and sins and obscurations are expelled from the excretory passages and pores of the body in the form of black smoke. Recite ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) hundreds and thousands of times, etc. Finally, visualize that the ཨ་ (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: a, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal meaning: A) dissolves into nectar, filling the inside of the body. Visualize Lama Vajradhara on your crown. Visualize Lama Vajradhara on your crown, and pray to Lama Rinpoche, please grant me the samadhi of bliss and warmth, please grant me the samadhi of bliss and emptiness. Pray like this. If you wish, receive the four empowerments, otherwise merge into yourself. Then, visualize yourself as the venerable Vajrayogini, with a red body, holding a curved knife and a skull cup, Wearing a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty heads, and possessing the five bone ornaments, residing in a squatting posture, making the mudra of the six-fold fire altar. Visualize the inside of the body as empty like a newly fired pottery, starting from the navel, the central channel is red and bright, as thick as a medium willow branch. On the right is the red Rasana, and on the left is the white Lalana, both as thick as medium thatch. The upper ends of the three channels are inserted into the crown of the head, and at the upper end of the central channel is a white ཧཾ་ (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: haṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Literal meaning: Hang), head down, filled with pure essence. At the lower end of the central channel, on a sun disc the size of half a bean, visualize a red spark the size of a millet grain, transformed from the syllable རཾ་ (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: raṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal meaning: Ram). Visualize the flame at the junction of the three channels, and also clearly visualize the bow-shaped wind wheel at the anus.
