勿违背具传承上师之教言与誓言，守护誓言。 守护并弘扬佛陀之教法，将对我们怀有敌意的敌人，以及所有制造障碍的邪魔化为灰尘。 平息所有内外障碍，所有愿望皆如法成就，愿寿命、荣耀与财富皆增长。念诵：嗡 施 玛哈嘎拉耶 玛哈嘎利 德维 萨帕里瓦拉 纳玛 萨瓦 达塔嘎喋 贝 萨瓦 比修瓦 穆克嘿 贝 萨瓦 塔 康 乌嘎喋 斯帕拉纳 伊芒 嘎嘎纳 康 哥里赫内 丹 吧里亚迪 梭哈。 五次或七次念诵夏萨纳，以及根本咒三次。嗡 施 玛哈嘎拉耶 玛哈嘎利 德维 萨帕里瓦拉 阿尔刚等如前供养。嗡 施 玛哈嘎拉耶 吽 吽 啪 啪 梭哈。嗡 阿 吽。然后向女神供养罗汝等。 向拉辛等护法神供养内供，念诵：嗡 班扎 嘎拉 亚叉等。摇动金刚铃，念诵：吽 守护佛陀教法者。以及：贝 具光荣之女神瑞瓦提。以及：黑袍怙主夜叉夫妇，普特拉 巴扎 独髻母，以及四部役使鬼众等。赞颂守护誓言眷属众，享用此誓物食子，愿能兴盛释迦牟尼之教法，愿持教者寿命坚固，愿世界和平安乐。特别是，愿瑜伽士我们，消除所有违缘障碍，寿命与福德增长，所有愿望皆能实现。如此赞颂并委以事业。以百字明咒弥补错漏。若前方有本尊之唐卡，则融入其中，若无则融入自身。以此善行，愿虚空无尽。以‘恐怖末劫乌云般之身’等语，增吉祥。以易懂之语记录者，乃光荣之萨迦译师，阿难陀所作。愿此善行使如虚空般之众生，战胜障碍魔难，寿命财富增长，最终成就一切智智。 。

Do not transgress the commands and vows of the esteemed Lamas with lineage, uphold the vows. Protect and propagate the Buddha's teachings, and turn all enemies who hate us, and all obstructing demons, into dust. Pacify all outer and inner obstacles, may all wishes be fulfilled according to Dharma, and may life, glory, and wealth all increase. Recite: OM SHRI MAHAKALA YE MAHAKALI DEVI SAPARIWARA NAMA SARVA TATHAGATE BHYO SARVA VISHWA MUKHE BHYA SARVA THA KHAM UDGATE SPARANA IMAM GAGANA KHAM GRIHNE DAM BALYADI SVAHA. Recite Shasana five or seven times, and the root mantra three times. OM SHRI MAHAKALA YE MAHAKALI DEVI SAPARIWARA ARGHAM etc., offer as before. OM SHRI MAHAKALA YE HUM HUM PHAT PHAT SVAHA. OM AH HUM. Then offer Roru etc. to the goddess. Offer inner offerings to the Dharma protectors such as Lasing, reciting: OM VAJRA KALA YAKSHA etc. Ring the vajra bell, reciting: HUM, protector of the Buddha's teachings. And: BH YO Glorious goddess Revati. And: Black-robed Lord Yaksha couple, Putra Bhatta Ekajati, and the four classes of attendant ghosts, etc. Praise the retinue who protect the vows, partake of these samaya substances and torma, may the teachings of Shakyamuni flourish, may the lives of the holders of the teachings be firm, and may the world be peaceful and happy. In particular, may we yogis, eliminate all unfavorable obstacles, increase life and merit, and may all wishes be fulfilled. Thus praise and entrust with activity. Complete any omissions with the Hundred Syllable Mantra. If there is a Thangka of the deity in front, dissolve into it, if not, dissolve into oneself. With this virtue, may the sky be endless. With words such as 'A body as black as a terrifying cloud at the end of time,' increase auspiciousness. The one who recorded it in easy-to-understand language is the glorious Sakya translator, Ananda.
