休息消除疲劳后，再次进行风脉的修习，或者安住于无散乱的状态中，行持善行并投入日常行为中。对于缘起物瑜伽和金刚怖畏金刚瑜伽中消除障碍的部分，没有特别划分段落进行禅修的传统。如果确实要修习，也应从格鲁派译师的引导文和‘无散乱庄严’等值得信赖的论典中理解。 三世诸佛语之秘密宝藏，追随具威力自在者毗如巴的足迹，如实依循无谬圣者的教言，撰写此吉祥时轮敌之引导文。愿以此无垢清净之善，将三界众生从轮回苦海中彻底救度，证得二资圆满之身，获得无言金刚瑜伽之殊胜成就。此乃末法时代第二佛陀至尊Ra tna wa r dha（宝生）之甘露妙语滋养，萨迦派译师释迦比丘金刚持蒋扬贡噶索南扎巴坚赞贝桑波，从杂色光芒莲叶初绽之月的上半月一日开始，直至释迦牟尼佛亲自示现神变大节日的十五日，应雪域大地最为著名、视众生如己子的顶髻明珠的人王Shri Dolma Rabten Palsangpo（圣度母坚固吉祥贤）及其眷属之请，圆满献上吉祥饮血金刚生圆次第瑜伽之实修引导时，人王以超胜他人的卓越智慧，将我的引导文记录成文，并嘱咐我整理上下内容，使其简明扼要。因此，此名为‘引导文光明释义——通往确定意义金刚瑜伽之阶梯’，于萨迦派以东约一由旬之处，善妙治理佛法与世间法二者，历代贤明君主所居之吉祥Sinha Grama Maha Sena（狮子贤大军）之顶端，喜悦法宫中圆满撰写。书写者为智慧明晰的善知识达瓦扎巴。 E Vam（藏文，梵文天城体 एवम्，梵文罗马拟音 evam，如是）

After resting to relieve fatigue, one should practice the wind-energy again, or remain in a state of non-distraction, dedicating the merit and engaging in daily activities. There is no tradition of dividing the sections for meditating on the yoga of dependent arising substances and the removal of obstacles in the yoga of Vajrabhairava. If one does practice, it should be understood from the guidebooks of the Gelo Lotsawa and the 'Unadorned Ornament' and other reliable treatises. The secret treasury of the words of the Buddhas of the three times, following in the footsteps of the powerful and mighty Virupa, according to the infallible teachings of the holy ones, this guide to the glorious Kalachakra enemy is composed. By the power of that immaculate and pure virtue, may all sentient beings in the three realms be perfectly liberated from the ocean of existence, attain the spontaneously accomplished body of the two accumulations, and achieve the supreme yoga of the inexpressible Vajra. This was written by Jamyang Kunga Sonam Drakpa Gyaltsen Palsangpo, a Sakya translator, a Shakya monk, and a Vajra holder, who is nourished by the nectar of the words of the second Buddha of the degenerate age, Jetsun Ratnavardha. Therefore, this is called 'A Clear Explanation of the Guidance Manual - A Staircase to the Vajra Yoga of Definite Meaning', written at the Gaden Choling Palace, at the top of Shri Sinha Grama Maha Sena, about one yojana east of Sakya, a place where successive Dharma kings who govern both Dharma and worldly laws well, according to the customs of the wise men of the past.
