'Khā hi u ciṣṭa baliṃ bhakṣa si svāhā'. Give to the beings, dedicate the merit, and enter into the conduct. When sleeping, gather the deities and sleep in the clear light. When waking up at dawn, perform the yoga of food, from the final offering to the protection. If you perform the preliminary generation, then after the preliminary mandala, recite the prayer for departure, and finally perform the preliminary mandala. Offering, praise, torma offering, etc., should be done as before. In this way, if you meditate on the mandala of the main deity surrounded by the eight consorts, you will attain the two siddhis. May the virtue arising from this be as white as a *kunda*.
