上师即是自心本初之怙主，愿能了悟显现世间一切皆为上师之体性！ 此生以及直至证得佛果之间，殊胜金刚持，具德上师尊，愿我永不分离，以虔诚之心依止， 愿以您口中之甘露恒时滋养我身心！ 以顶严之宝珠——上师之慈悲，以及不欺之皈依境之谛实力， 金刚护法无量之威神力，愿我一切所愿如意成办！ 如是，以清净之回向与发愿印持，于一切行住坐卧中，尽力承侍上师，成办上师之事业，如幻般利益自他。 收集微薄之供品，以如法之行持安乐度日。 于甚深密续之大海中，不欺之至尊上师如船夫般， 取出窍诀珍宝之 माला（藏文：ཕྲེང་བ།，梵文天城体：माला，梵文罗马拟音：mālā，汉语字面意思： माला），此乃一切之顶严，瑜伽士！ 呜呼！如今乃五浊恶世之时，莫使瑜伽成为口头禅，切莫空耗此生！ 忆念轮回之痛苦与无常，一心一意修持甚深之禅定。 因此，放下今生之期盼，精进修持此甚深瑜伽。 无有散乱，不忘失，于头顶观想上师，非仅口头说说，乃从内心深处反复思维。 纵堕地狱，亦无其他希望，如是真心诚意，言行一致， 则永不欺惑，上师慈悲必将迅速摄受，定能引领至大乐之胜地。 仅此微薄之善根，如 कुन्द（藏文：ཀུནྡ།，梵文天城体：कुन्द，梵文罗马拟音：kunda，汉语字面意思：कुन्द）花般洁白，愿由此 救度一切众生脱离痛苦之大海，迅速趋入无上金刚乘之道与地， 愿能安住于十三金刚持之解脱，大乐智慧之中！ 此乃应拉堆洛（藏文：ལ་སྟོད་ལྷོ།）之统治者，具力自在 Śrī Guru Ratna Bhadra（吉祥上师宝贤）之劝请， 以及其他一些求法者之请求，由吉祥萨迦译师蒋扬贡噶索南扎巴坚赞贝桑波（藏文：འཇམ་དབྱངས་ཀུན་དགའ་བསོད་ནམས་གྲགས་པ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་དཔལ་བཟང་པོ།）于土牛年水星月二十五日，在吉祥加雪多吉日确（藏文：དཔལ་བྱས་འགྱུར་རྡོ་རྗེའི་རི་ཁྲོད།）所著，书写者为旃扎格尔底（藏文：ཙནྟྲ་ཀཱིརྟིའོ།）。 若欲广修，吾已另行撰写。 E Vam（藏文：ཨེ་ཝཾ།，梵文天城体：एवं，梵文罗马拟音：evam，汉语字面意思：如是）。 校对一次。

The Lama is the primordial protector of one's own mind; may I realize that all appearances and existence are the nature of the Lama! In this life and until I attain Buddhahood, may I never be separated from the supreme Vajradhara, the glorious and virtuous Lama, and may I rely on him with unwavering faith, May I always be nourished by the nectar of your speech! Through the compassion of the Lama, the jewel on my crown, and the truth of the infallible refuge, And through the immeasurable power of the Vajra Dharma protectors, may all my wishes be fulfilled! Thus, sealed with pure dedication and aspiration, may I strive in all activities to serve the Lama and accomplish his work, benefiting myself and others like a mirage. Gather meager offerings and live comfortably with Dharma-abiding conduct. From the great ocean of profound secret tantras, the infallible and venerable master, like a captain, Has extracted a string of precious instructions; this is the crown jewel of all, the yogi! Alas! Now is the time of the five degenerations; do not let yoga become mere words, do not waste this life! Remember the suffering and impermanence of samsara, and single-mindedly meditate on profound samadhi. Therefore, abandon the desires of this life and diligently practice this profound yoga. Without distraction, without forgetfulness, visualize the Lama on your crown; not just saying it, but repeatedly contemplate it from the depths of your heart. Even if you fall into hell, think there is no other hope; if you are sincere and consistent in word and deed, Then you will never be deceived, and the Lama's compassion will quickly take hold, surely leading you to the supreme abode of great bliss. May this small amount of merit, as white as a heap of kunda flowers, completely liberate all beings from the great ocean of suffering, Quickly traversing the paths and grounds of the unsurpassed Vajrayana, may they be established in the liberation of the thirteen Vajradharas, the great bliss of wisdom!
