May I obtain mastery over all ten powers, may I reveal all vehicles, may I obtain the supreme and sacred empowerment. What is the form of the jewel, the ornament of a Chakravartin King? The jewel is entirely blue, existing in the nature of lapis lazuli, possessing eight corners and three grooves, radiating intense light. For the sake of the king's awakening, at night in the darkness of shadows, in a garden of light, erected at the top of a banner, the perception of daytime arises within a yojana. Thus, through the empowerment of the jewel, may all inner and outer aspects be clear and without darkness, and may I obtain the empowerment endowed with the quality of appearing as light. By offering the precious jewel, the Tathagata appears in all worlds, adorned with excellent marks and signs, may I obtain the color of a golden body. What is the form of the precious horse, the condition of a Chakravartin King? Its color resembles the color of the morning sky, its head is black, its mane is coiled into braids, it travels in the sky, and it is called Talahaga. For the sake of the king's awakening, in the morning, he first mounts the horse, circles the four continents and the ocean, and again experiences the joy of a child's play. Thus, through the empowerment of the precious horse, may I obtain the empowerment to effortlessly liberate from the realm of non-abiding Nirvana. By offering the supreme precious horse, having obtained the power of miraculous feet, liberating from the ocean of afflictions, may I obtain the fruit of liberation. What is the form of the precious queen, the ornament of a Chakravartin King? Neither too tall nor too short, neither too fat nor too thin, neither too white nor too dark, possessing perfect balance. The color of her skin is like the priyangu flower, her mouth exudes the fragrance of a blue lotus, she is warm to the touch in cold weather, and cool to the touch in hot weather. Even in the flow of thoughts, she does not act contrary to the mind of the Chakravartin King, let alone in body and speech. She is the one who eliminates the faults of all women. For example, like the king of stars, the father of all stars.) Please be seated, with inner and outer offerings.

Offerings, and the respective (body, speech, mind, limbs, branches, and places of birth) of each deity, are blessed and placed with mantras and mudras, which are to be distinguished. Among them, the sacred Dharma body images, painting lineages, stupas, scriptures, and clean rooms are actually established as supports for the noble Three Jewels, and therefore belong to the category of deity supports. How is that so? When the Buddha manifested in the world, explicitly turned the wheel of Dharma, and many noble Sangha members were still alive, there was no need to set up separate supports for offerings, but rather to offer directly to the noble ones. Later, after the Buddha passed into nirvana and the noble Sangha members also passed into nirvana, after there were no noble ones living in the world, offerings were made to supports. This is like the Bodhi tree and Vajrasana blessed by the Teacher himself. After the Teacher passed into nirvana, the relics were divided into eight parts and stupas were built for offerings. Three hundred years after the Teacher passed into nirvana, a king named Dharma Ashoka appeared. At the Vajrasana in Bodh Gaya, he requested the construction of the image of the Bhagavan. Before that, the Dharma of the three pitakas only existed in the minds of individuals. In order to make it pure and lasting, that king (compiled the teachings), wrote them on scriptures, and placed them in a clean room. This is the common way of offering supports. In the principles of secret mantra, for the sake of those who cannot become the realm of the Buddha's activity, mudras are established in the world to benefit sentient beings. Among them, all the (pure and impure) mudras can be summarized as symbols of body, speech, and mind. These things that are blessed and become objects of external senses, such as: colored powder mandalas, Buddha images, painting lineages, stupas, scriptures, etc., are objects of the eye and body; the sounds of secret mantras, the letters of the sacred Dharma, and the sounds expressed as names and words, etc., are objects of the ear.
