It is not permissible. Just by not finding the single existence called "self," it is impossible to establish the "other" that depends on it. If the establishment of "self" and "other" is not established, then all phenomena of cause and effect will also be established as being without inherent existence. As it is said: Knowing birth, one knows destruction; knowing destruction, one knows impermanence; knowing how to enter into impermanence, one will realize the supreme Dharma. This is similar to what was said by the mouth of the teacher Nagarjuna. In the Sutra of the Garland of Trees, it says: Due to attachment to the agent, actions come to exist; if there is no agent, actions will not truly exist. Or, in other words: Having completely abandoned the clinging to self, there will be no clinging to phenomena. As long as the magician of self-clinging exists, even if one obtains a calm abiding like a mountain, one will not be liberated. Or, like saying that when one realizes the selflessness of the person, there is no place for habits and so on, the meaning is the same. Wanting to have the self of the person is also focused on the aggregates, wanting to establish a real entity. Wanting to have the self of phenomena is also wanting the aggregates to be a real entity. Therefore, as long as the idea of wanting to have the entity of phenomena is not abandoned, the self of the person will not be abandoned either. When the self of the person is completely abandoned, without leaving any remainder, at that time even the most subtle part of the self of phenomena cannot be found. Therefore, one will not find the nature of the non-existence of things. This wisdom that transcends all concepts and terms is called knowing the meaning of emptiness, and through it one will attain Nirvana. As it is said: Whoever does not know emptiness, that person also does not know Nirvana; therefore, with existence and non-existence, one should know emptiness through destruction. Like this, if the clinging to things is not reversed, the clinging to characteristics will not be reversed. If that is not reversed, the clinging of craving will not be reversed. As long as craving is not reversed, the connection to all existences in samsara will not cease. This is showing the path in the way of the equality of phenomena, through the power of realizing the selflessness of the person. In short, the Hearers, by destroying the single, permanent self of the person, destroy the characteristics of their own Dharma. The Mind-Only school from the outside

Since the harm of directional parts is established for minute particles, harm to the aspects and temporal parts of one's own mind and mental events is also established. Even if it is argued that no consciousness can establish minute particles as the subject, then the last moment of one's own mind's time cannot be apprehended by any consciousness. Let alone the last moment of time. The very movement of the consciousness aggregate is only an object of inference. As it is said in the Sutra Requested by Bhadrakalpika, from the chapter Requested by the Youthful Physician: "Physician, the wind element is inferred from the sound of roaring, the movement of trees, the rising of dust, and the movement of the body. The wind element is invisible and unknowable. Similarly, the consciousness element is also inferred from memory, feeling, and thought. The consciousness element is invisible and unknowable." It is said that even consciousness itself is to be inferred from mental events, what need is there to mention its last moment of time? Therefore, the limit of form, minute particles, and the limit of time, moments, both have the same harm caused by reasoning. Similarly, Madhyamaka does not tolerate the reasoning that truly establishes phenomena, because this very reasoning that is free from all elaboration harms the establishment of what you want to establish as a truly conventional entity. Like this, for one object that is the subject, two contradictions that eliminate one feature with one feature cannot be truly established simultaneously, and if they are not simultaneous, then one becomes the object of delusion. Whatever is deluded is not as it appears, therefore it cannot obtain its own nature, and since it is not something that can be completely grasped in that way, the name of an entity cannot be applied to it. The distinction of views is complete. The Great Memorandum on Views, so-called, was composed by Dharmabhadra.
