It is accomplished merely through meditation. The principle of perfection is that, in the ultimate sense, the deities, both male and female, are without arising or ceasing, and the meaning of non-conceptualization has never wavered from the sphere of Madhyamaka Dharma. In the conventional sense, one should also clearly meditate on the sublime form body, and it is accomplished through meditation that is equal and unmixed. Furthermore, the principle of the Great Perfection is to realize that all phenomena of the world and beyond are inseparably the nature of the mandala of body, speech, and mind from the very beginning, and then to meditate. In this regard, it is said in the tantras: "The limbs of the Vajra heap are known as the five perfect Buddhas. All the many sources and elements are the mandala of Bodhisattvas. Earth and water are the eye and Māmaki Fire and wind are White-clad [Tara] and Tara. The mistress of the sphere of space. The three realms are primordially pure." This is because all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are unborn from the beginning, and the illusion of being able to act is the nature of the Sugata, the ten fathers and mothers, etc., from the very beginning. All phenomena are naturally in nirvana. The five great ones are the nature of the five mothers. The five aggregates are the Buddhas of the five families. The four consciousnesses are the nature of the four Bodhisattvas. The four objects are the nature of the four beautiful goddesses. The four faculties are the nature of the Bodhisattvas. The four times are the nature of the four offering goddesses. The body's faculty and consciousness, the object, and the Bodhicitta arising from it are the nature of the four wrathful ones. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation are the nature of the four wrathful mothers. The consciousness of mind is the nature of the Bodhicitta Vajra Samantabhadra. The object, phenomena, conditioned and unconditioned, are the nature of the Dharma activity mother Samantabhadri. These are also the nature of being primordially enlightened, not accomplished through the path. Thus, all phenomena, conditioned and unconditioned, of the ten directions and three times, and the three realms, etc., are not separate from one's own mind. As it is said: "The individual thoughts of one's own mind are the Buddha and Bodhi themselves. The three worlds are also that. The great elements are also that." Thus it is said. As it is said: "All dharmas abide in the mind. The mind abides in space."
