In order to rely on the tantra, he composed three key instructions. In order to generate the training of higher discipline in the mindstream, he composed the extensive Vinaya Sutra. In order to generate the training of higher concentration in the mindstream, he composed the commentary with four modes and fifteen branches. He composed the commentary on Buddha Samayoga. In order to generate the training of higher wisdom in the mindstream, it is said that he composed many commentaries and treatises, such as the Great Perfection view, meditation, key instructions, and so on. At that time, all the scholars of the four regions of Tibet, such as Shab's Pangkhyer Lama, Marpa Chokyi Wangchuk, Da Samten, Khyungo Hungnying, Se Trom Gyatso Bar, and others, debated, saying, "It is not appropriate for a person born in Tibet to write so many treatises." They came to refute him, but when they saw each treatise and heard each teaching, they were all amazed and made offerings. They also listened to the Dharma, and everyone took him as their lama and bowed their heads. Having requested it from Yak Dorje Dzinpa Chenpo, in the manuscript written by Gnyakton Chenpo, it was written by Se Josay. Son of Rongben Palgyi Rinpoche, Rongben Rinchen Tsultrim. His sons were Rongzom Chokyi Sangpo and Gomchen Chopak. Sons of Cho Sang were Ziji Bar and Bum Bar. Sons of Ziji were Tundar and Tunkyab. Son of Tundar was Tun Seng. His son was Josay Rasay. His son was Bumda. Son of Tunkyab was Josay Ozer. His son was Khenpo Bumten. Sons of Rongpa Bumbar were Chokyi Gyaltsen, Jo Tsek, and Jo Sang, etc. Son of Chokyi Gyaltsen was Ru Ananta Vajra, that is, Rongpa Kunga. His son was Khenpo Mepung. His sons were Chokyi Shenyen and Cho Zhe. Son of Rongpa Jo Sang was Khenpo Jo Tra. His sons were Darsang and Dorje Tenpa. Son of Darsang was Khenpo Ser O. Son of Jo Ten was Nyi Seng.
