于地处雍仲（藏文：གཡུང་དྲུང་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）生起之后，祈请不变普贤界之教主，不死雍仲林巴。如是加入。于正文之自前念诵之后，修持沐浴宝瓶，宝瓶乃天宫，大上师心间三字明，光明催动降甘露，化为清净除障之圣水。如是观想后，加入念诵：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：）。于实际灌顶之赐予长寿丸时，需供养所有饮食。会供等作后行仪轨。唉玛火！至高无上大乐林巴之本，凶猛炽燃之神权，及玛卿蓬拉（藏文：རྨ་རྒྱལ་སྤོམ་ར，）（山名，位于青海果洛）双尊之传承祈请前行。如释义简述般，于灌顶修持双运之后，此处普遍行持，故以事业宝瓶而修持，于正行作朵玛灌顶，及付嘱，后行等一并作之。彼等乃与莲花生大师之语秘密所出之本法相关，已成就与三根本护法之后行相关之根本修持之主要方法。愿一切时中吉祥！（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva dā kalyāṇaṃ bhava tu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时中吉祥！）页码501至523。

These are related to the Bon teachings that came from the secret speech of Maha Guru Padmasambhava, and the main methods of fundamental practice related to the three roots and Dharma protectors have been accomplished.
