རྟ་མགྲིན་གསང་སྒྲུབ་སྐྱེར་སྒང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཅས་པ། རྟ་མགྲིན་གསང་སྒྲུབ་སྐྱེར་སྒང་ལུགས་ཀྱི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་བྱིན་རླབས་དང་བཅས་པ། 嗡 索斯地。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，吉祥！）。 智慧劫火炽燃之光辉中，焚毁魔众薪柴尽无余，三界自在尊胜马头神，顶礼之后精要修持行。 此处，与杰塘马头金刚秘密修法相关之灌顶有三：预备供品之陈设，正行修法，加持灌顶之仪轨。首先，供品之陈设：于台座之上，安置红色三角之法源，缺角绿色，边缘圆形并具火焰山，其中央日垫上为种子字或堆积物。其上，于食子上安立马头明王本尊之身像。前方，陈设上师、本尊、护法、地神等之朵玛四份或三份，以及药物、血供，水二者与所需用品。铃杵等一切所需皆备齐。 其次，修法之前行：遣除障碍，结界，皈依、发心、修四无量心等先行。正行：以 स्वाभाव（藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性）令其空性。于空性中，由 པཾ་（藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：莲花种子字）生莲花，由 རཾ་（藏文：རཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：火种子字）生太阳之座，自心 ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）生莲花，ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字标帜，完全转变，自身成为忿怒尊之王马头明王，身色红色，三面六臂。 根本面红色，右面绿色，左面白色。每面各具三眼。张口露齿。头发、胡须、眉毛燃烧。三头之顶上有三匹绿色马头，张口嘶鸣。鬃毛间火星飞溅，充满三千世界。六臂中，右臂第一手持金刚杵，第二手持卡杖嘎，第三手持宝剑。左臂第一手结期克印，第二手持短矛，第三手持肠索。以五干人头为头饰，五十湿人头为项链。身披人皮披风，上身覆盖象皮，下身着虎皮裙。人发为咒线，血为滴露，脂肪为图案，骨灰为堆积，蛇为束带装饰。八足踩踏八大龙王之蛇身。

The Sadhana of the Secret Accomplishment of Hayagriva, According to the Kyer Gang Tradition, with Blessings. Oṃ svasti. (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：Oṃ, may there be well-being!). In the splendor of the blazing fire of primordial wisdom, Having burned all the firewood of the hordes of demons, To the supreme Hayagriva, who holds power over the three realms, Having bowed down, I will propagate this essential sadhana. Here, the empowerment related to the secret accomplishment sadhana of Kyer Gang Hayagriva has three parts: the arrangement of the preparatory implements, the actual sadhana, and the ritual of blessings and empowerment. First, the arrangement of implements: On the platform, place a red triangular dharmodaya, a green truncated triangle, and in the center of a circular boundary with a mountain of fire, place a seed syllable or a heap on a sun cushion. On top of that, place a glorious torma with a horse head on a stand as the embodiment of the deity. In front, arrange four or three sets of tormas for the lama, yidam, dharma protectors, and local deities, along with medicine, rakta, water, and other offerings. Gather all necessary items such as vajra and bell. Second, the preliminary practices of the sadhana: Perform the dispersal of obstacles, the setting of boundaries, and the refuge, bodhicitta, and meditation on the four immeasurables as preliminaries. The main practice: Purify into emptiness with svabhāva (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：svabhāva). From within emptiness, from paṃ (藏文：པཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：paṃ) arises a lotus, and from raṃ (藏文：རཾ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：raṃ) arises a sun cushion. From one's own mind, from hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：hrīḥ) arises a lotus, marked with hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：hrīḥ), completely transformed, one becomes the wrathful king Hayagriva, with a red-colored body, three faces, and six arms. The root face is red, the right is green, and the left is white. Each face has three eyes. The mouth is open, baring fangs. The hair, beard, and eyebrows are blazing. On the crown of the three heads are three green horse heads, mouths open and neighing. Sparks of fire emanate from the mane, filling the three thousand worlds. Of the six arms, the first right hand holds a vajra, the second a khaṭvāṅga, and the third a sword. The first left hand makes a threatening gesture, the second holds a short spear, and the third holds a noose of intestines. Adorned with a garland of five dry human heads and a necklace of fifty fresh ones. Wearing a human skin cloak and an elephant hide covering the upper body, and a tiger skin loincloth. With human hair as the sacred thread, blood as drops, fat as designs, ashes as heaps, and a cluster of snakes as ornaments. The eight feet trample on the eight great nāga kings' serpent bodies.
