安住于成就之位，此乃代表莲师金刚颅鬘力四身无别，是莲师身之灌顶。从执着自为庸常中解脱，自心本初即清净，虽与莲花生大士无异，然因未证悟此，为净治三门转为庸常之故，知晓加持自身与弟子，是为智慧之灌顶。由此生起乐明无念之体验，是为第四灌顶。如是五种根本灌顶分四四而行，故称二十种菩提，由此获得四灌顶现证之加持，将能证得顿超。因此，需守护金刚乘之共同誓言，尤其，作为父之灌顶标志，需受持身像与金刚杵；作为母之灌顶标志，需持明镜与四分颅器；作为父与母无二之灌顶标志，需不间断地进行初十供养。如是告诫。弟子亦需承诺并献曼扎。于此，于安放灌顶物于心间之时，亦有详尽介绍词义之仪轨，若欲行之，则如旁处所写而行。此处则如大译师之言而简略行之。注：眼罩缚解等虽未于文句中明确提及，然于意义上已包含，故不赘述。若此前未行会供，则于此时进行，其后进行酬谢供赞、忏悔过失、送迎圣众、收摄、祈愿与吉祥祝愿等，如仪轨所载而行。秘密集会之上师修法心髓，不变大乐之殊胜道，如金刚语般易于行持而弘扬，愿具缘者皆能受用。秘密集会颅鬘力之个别修持与关联之圆满四灌顶章节终。秘密集会颅鬘力之个别修持与关联之圆满四灌顶。

Remaining in the state of accomplishment, this represents Guru Dorje Todtrengtsal's indivisibility of the four kayas, and is the empowerment of Guru's body. From clinging to oneself as ordinary, although one's own mind is primordially pure and no different from Guru Padmasambhava, because one has not realized this, in order to purify the three doors that have become ordinary, knowing that one is blessing oneself and the disciple is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. From this, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arises, which is the fourth empowerment. Thus, the five root empowerments are divided into four each, so it is called the twentyfold enlightenment, and by this, one will obtain the blessing of the direct realization of the four empowerments, and one will be able to attain the leap over. Therefore, one must keep the general samaya of the Vajrayana, and in particular, as a symbol of the father's empowerment, one should hold and keep the statue and the vajra; as a symbol of the mother's empowerment, one should hold the mirror and the four-part kapala; as a symbol of the non-duality of father and mother, one should not interrupt the tenth-day offerings. Thus it is said. The disciple should also promise and offer the mandala. Here, when placing the empowerment substances in the heart, there is also a tradition of explaining the meaning of the words in detail, and if one wishes to do so, it should be done as written elsewhere. Here, it is inserted in the usual way as it appears in the words of the great translator. Note: Although blindfolds, bindings, releases, etc. are not explicitly mentioned in the words, they are obtained in meaning, so they are not elaborated.
