Pages 379 to 478. Pages 379 to 478. By the rays of light that arise, invite the gurus, yidams, dakinis, and all the Sugatas of the ten directions into the sky in front. Offer the five kinds of offerings. Attract and seat your own wisdom deity. After the Sugatas have given empowerment, seal it with the lord of the family. Request the supports to depart. Then, meditate on the three seed syllables on top of the solar disc in the three places of yourself, and bless your body, speech, and mind. Hold the yidam deity in single-pointed concentration. Then, if you get tired of meditating, do recitation. The Vajra whispered recitation is a recitation that is only heard by the throat. The Vajra sound recitation is to proclaim the japa aloud. The Vajra secret recitation is the recitation with the mind. The recitation like a wheel is to think that it comes out of the mouth, enters the navel, and dissolves into the seed in the center of the heart. The recitation like a rosary is to surround the seed in the heart with a rosary of mantras and recite with single-pointed concentration on the letters. The recitation focused on sound is: Focus on the sound of the mantra itself and recite. The master said. Jomo asked the master: How should I practice in the session breaks of meditating on the yidam deity? The master said: If you are tired of reciting, play music and praise. Invite the yidam deity to depart. Abide in ordinary conceptual thoughts. Then, if you want to make a practice offering, arrange the supports in front. In front of them, spread a mandala with fragrant water and scatter flowers. In an instant, generate the pride of yourself as the yidam deity. From the seed in the heart, radiate light and invite the Dharma and images of the ten directions, and dissolve them into the supports. Visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, as well as the immeasurable assembly of gurus, yidams, and dakinis, residing in front, and offer them with whatever offerings you can afford. In front of them, make the seven-branch offering and so on. At this time, you can offer tormas to the yidam deity, offer to the Dharma protectors, give water offerings, make tsatsas, and so on. Then, in bliss
