Having prostrated to the deity, made offerings, confessed sins, rejoiced in merit, taken refuge, urged the turning of the wheel of Dharma, prayed not to pass into nirvana, generated the mind of enlightenment, and dedicated the roots of virtue, etc., either invite the supports to return, or visualize them as emptiness, or gather them into oneself, whichever way is appropriate. These are said to be the limbs for accumulating the accumulation of merit. Then, when accumulating the accumulation of wisdom, from the light rays of the seed syllable in one's own heart, light radiates out, making one's entire body the nature of light. Also, by radiating light in the ten directions, all the objects of the container and its contents become the nature of light. That light is blessed by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. The order of gathering those lights again is: the container transforms into light and is absorbed into the contents, which is absorbed into one's own body. The light of the body also gathers like a broken mirror, and gradually gathers onto the lotus seat. It gathers onto the sun and moon, which gathers onto the seed syllable. The seed syllable also gradually gathers onto the crescent moon. The light of the bindu should also be repeatedly contemplated as the nature of mind, as subtle as splitting the tip of a hair into a hundred parts. If the visualization is not clear, then by reciting mantras such as śūnyatā (Tibetan: ཤཱུནྱ་ཏཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: śūnyatā, literal Chinese meaning: emptiness), contemplate that those great emptinesses also become invisible. Having perfected the two accumulations in this way, contemplate that one's own mind abides in the seed syllable of the yidam deity, or contemplate that the seed syllable is completely transformed, and then contemplate that the implements are marked with the seed syllable. After it is completely transformed, fully generate the face, implements, etc., of whatever yidam deity one is practicing, and on the lotus and sun or moon mandala seat in his heart, contemplate the seed syllable.
