Visualize a white "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) floating in the sky, and rest in that state. Then, visualize it dissolving into a state of non-objectivity, and rest in that state. For example: Like a beautiful woman looking in a mirror, repeatedly looking, looking at her mind. Like a shepherd tending livestock on a pasture, repeatedly tending, taming the mind. Like a child searching for a bird's nest, repeatedly searching, searching the mind. Thus it is. In short, it is sufficient to gather one's body into the "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) of the sky, and focus the mind on Akona (藏文:ཨ་ཁོ་ན,梵文天城体:akhona,梵文罗马拟音:akhona,汉语字面意思:阿空那), resting in non-objectivity, without the need for other contractions or expansions. The meditation on the nature of mind in the Longdé section, the practice of the five sections and four metaphors, should be understood from the oral instructions of the Great Treasure Master and Kungzig Shabdrung Rinpoche, which we have briefly written down separately. Regarding the guiding sequence of Trekchö and Tögal in the Menngagdé section, take the oral instructions of the Three Protectors (Avalokiteśvara, Manjushri, and Vajrapani) and the 'Ornament of Thought' composed by Gongchen Lama as the essence of your heart. Third, the conduct of exhausting phenomena is: Since whatever appears arises as the play of the nature of reality, one should act without acceptance or rejection. As it says in 'Vast Sky': "Without doing anything, all actions are accomplished." And as it says in 'The Treasure Vault of Magical Keys': "The conduct of Ati Yoga, with those who possess the life force of view and meditation, the conduct that arises spontaneously is, like the conduct of a madman, acting without attachment to anything." Fourth, the way in which the self-arisen result becomes manifest is: From this very moment, abiding in the ground of spontaneously perfect Samantabhadra, reaching the ultimate. As it says in the treasure text: "In this life, one obtains the body and wisdom, spontaneously accomplished, without doubt." And as it says in 'The Key to Unlocking Illusion': "The fruit of Great Perfection Ati is, from the beginning, the essence of Bodhicitta, the fruit that is obtained without effort ripens within oneself." Thus, these nine vehicles should also be practiced in accordance with one's own capacity. As it says in the Activity Record of the Assembly of the Three Families: "Those who possess the thought of renunciation should practice individual liberation and Bodhicitta. Those who possess wisdom and diligence should practice the three sections of the outer tantras. Those who possess great wisdom and asceticism should practice the three sections of the inner tantras." Thus it is. Even the benefit of merely having faith in these, as it says in that very text: "What need is there to speak of practicing in accordance with the Dharma? Even merely cultivating faith, one pacifies the two obscurations, increases wisdom, and compassion.

E! May you become the lord of wisdom, may all outer and inner obstacles be dispelled, may all that is seen, heard, remembered, and touched, through the compassion of the three noble ones, I prophesy that you will never turn back. Therefore, take to heart the essence of refined gold, do not waste it, but practice it, and the two siddhis will be spontaneously accomplished. Thus he spoke. Have faith in the instructions of the Second Buddha, Padmakara! This was also based on the oral instructions of the Great Treasure Revealer, the King of Dharma, and the list of the stages of the Lo-drag Gomchen Padma Rangdrol's guidance. It is adorned with detailed instructions on the meditation of the Kadam lineage, filled with the general meaning of the essence, and all the oral traditions, both old and new, are combined. It is extracted from the heart-essence of the early translation of the Kama scriptures, and this arrangement of guidance, common practice, and offering is like a flowing stream, also aimed at being a part of the Three Classes of Heart Essence. This was published by Khenpo Dulzin Karma Sangye Chöpel Gyatso Pal Sangpo, known as the Victorious One in All Directions, from the Lion's Playful Eaves, a branch of the Gandhola of Tsurphu Dowo Lung, with pure intention and great respect. May all the great beings who uphold the teachings, led by the Venerable 7th Gyalwang Karmapa Palden Kunsang Chökyi Nyima Chenpo Trinley Kakyab Dorje, the Victorious One in All Directions, live long like the Omniscient Stainless Spiritual Friend, turn the wheel of profound and vast Dharma, and may the precious teachings of the victorious ones of Sutra and Tantra flourish and remain for a long time, and may all places be completely filled with auspicious and virtuous visions. Shubham! A note on the meditation stages of the nine vehicles of the Three Classes of Heart Essence, the essence of transmission, scripture, and oral instruction, the feast of the vidyadharas. Karma Sangye Chöpel.
