Looking up, looking down, looking outwards, looking inwards, the rays of light are like a woven net; the entire body is filled with eyes, like a net or a sieve; contemplate all the channels of the body as a gathering of heroes and dakinis, like an opened sesame pod. Thus, practice these four contemplations alternately. If that doesn't work, sometimes. Second, the key to effort is, as the scripture says: Sometimes place the ocean on a millstone, observe the uprightness of the mind; sometimes without separating from the four key points, the roundness itself fills everything; like the way a balloon collides, all appearances become pure lands; there is no doubt that this will come. Therefore, pressing down and filling the long lasso and the thimble together, making the two into one, the appearance spreads into luminosity, and awareness arises as bliss-clarity-non-thought, occurring simultaneously. The visualization is: the number of days is as before, in sequence. The first is: in the place of the previous bindu, visualize one bright eye facing away from the eye, looking towards the brain; the second is: from the right ear back, visualize one bright eye looking inwards; the third is: from the left ear back, visualize one bright eye looking inwards; the fourth is: from one's own ear back, visualize one eye looking this way; the fifth is: from the crown of the head, visualize one bright eye looking downwards; the sixth is: thoughts in the heart transcend thought, from the heart one ray of light shoots upwards to the crown of the head; the ray of light shoots from the forehead to the back of the head; one ray of light shoots from each of the left and right ear backs; the rays of light are like stretched threads, circling in a conch-like room, looking back and forth, looking up and down; the seventh, like the way a balloon collides, all appearances become pure lands; the body inside and out is filled with eyes, from all those eyes many white rays of light shoot out, like the way a balloon collides; visualize shooting upwards, shooting downwards, shooting outwards, shooting inwards; thus, all appearances will certainly appear as pure lands. These are the rites of increase. All the sequences of visualizations up to this point are merely methods for making the unmanifest manifest. Then, second, the method for increasing that which is manifest is, in the Yangti Tantra it says: Relying on visualizations.

Sa su! Liberation in its own place without focus. Therefore, release the effort of the fingers and let the mind be as clear as the ocean, and focus attention downwards and to the left and right. The object of focus is: according to the order of the previous days. First, focus attention on the white bindu marked with (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) in the center of the skull's conch-shell chakra, surrounded by five wisdom lights. Second, focus attention on the dark blue tent in the heart, like a tent covered with red silk, in the center of which is a dark blue bindu surrounded by five lights. Third, look at the bindu of the conch-shell chakra and focus attention on the white and red bindu surrounded by five lights. Fourth, focus attention on the hair between the eyebrows, where there is also a bindu surrounded by five lights. Fifth, focus attention on the knot at the back of the head, where there is also a bindu surrounded by five lights. Sixth, focus attention on the wish-fulfilling jewel, where there is also a bindu surrounded by five lights. Also, focus attention on the center of your own heart's white eight-petaled lotus, where there is a dark blue bindu surrounded by five wisdom lights. Seventh, in the center of the dark blue tent in the heart, on the sun and moon lotus seat, visualize Buddha Amitabha, with a red body, one face, two arms in meditative equipoise, holding a begging bowl, the body transparent inside and out, shining like a great mass of light, and focus attention on him. In this way, alternately visualize the eyes, bindu, and rays of light, and meditate. The lama should not show all the objects of focus at once, but should add them one by one as the student shows signs of progress, this is the instruction. These three scrolls are to be kept very secret from all but those students who are capable of benefiting beings. These three scrolls are the essence of the sixty-four hundred thousand Dzogchen teachings, like refined gold, the pure lifeblood, so keep them very secret and practice them. This is a very strict and important seal. Entrust it to the protector of the glorious mantra, Ekajati. (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཀ་ཛཱ་ཊི་, Devanagari: एकजटी, Romanized Sanskrit: ekajaṭī, Literal Chinese meaning: One-haired Mother) Protect this teaching, Samaya! (Tibetan: ས་མ་ཡ, Devanagari: समय, Romanized Sanskrit: samaya, Literal Chinese meaning: Vow) Seal! Seal! Seal! The third general topic, the conclusion, also has two aspects: one is to introduce all appearances as the pure realm of reality, and the other is to briefly explain how to eliminate obstacles that arise during the practice of the path. The first aspect has two kinds of signs, definite and indefinite, that appear. The first case is
