From the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje, a Compilation of the Peaceful Yidam Practice and Activity Manual, called the Swift Path to Great Bliss. Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa. From the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje, a Compilation of the Peaceful Yidam Practice and Activity Manual, called the Swift Path to Great Bliss. Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa. From the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje, this is the Compilation of the Peaceful Yidam Practice and Activity Manual, called the Swift Path to Great Bliss. Namo Guru Vajra Sattvaya. The Vajra, from the beginning, is the pure realm. The hero, the great wisdom, arises. The innate, union-born guru deity. Having prostrated, I will explain its activities. Here, a branch of the profound Dharma, the Great Perfection, the Three Classes. From the Heart Drop of Garab Dorje, the emanation body. A compilation of the Peaceful Yidam, Glorious Vajrasattva, Buddha Union practice and activity manual, in three parts: Preliminary, Main Practice, and Concluding Practice. The first has two parts: the preliminary that is not part of the ritual, and the preliminary that is part of the ritual. The first is: At the time of empowerment and practice offerings, etc., in a secluded and agreeable place, in the center of the platform, a peaceful mandala of colored powder or painted cloth, with a general four-cornered support, in the center of which is drawn a representation of the deity's body or attributes. If that much is not accomplished, then on top of a single arrangement of offerings on a mandala, on a throne, a vase filled with essence, and a skull cup filled with nectar, along with a mirror and crystal, are arranged in layers. Around the perimeter are medicine, rakta, and three torma offerings, as well as offerings for the five senses, a tsok torma, and whatever else is needed nearby, such as preliminary tormas. For the occasion of simple recitation, it is sufficient to arrange medicine, torma, rakta, and offerings for the five senses. For daily yoga, there is no need for elaborate offerings and tormas. Second, the preliminary that is part of the ritual has eight parts: Cutting the boundaries, refuge, bodhicitta, accumulation of merit, confession, vows, bestowing blessings, and offering. The first is: Sit comfortably on a cushion, abiding in the posture of meditation. Begin with the Seven-Line Prayer. Guru Three Kayas, and the Unelaborated Great Bliss Mother, etc., prayers as appropriate should precede. Vajra Maha Shri Heru

Ko ahaṃ! I visualize myself as glorious Heruka, with a blue body, adorned with wrathful attire, holding a vajra and a blood-filled skull cup. From his heart, Ram (藏文,梵文天城体ram,梵文罗马拟音ram, fire seed syllable), Yam (藏文,梵文天城体yam,梵文罗马拟音yam, wind seed syllable), and Kham (藏文,梵文天城体kham,梵文罗马拟音kham, space seed syllable) radiate, burning, scattering, and purifying all impure grasping of reality. From emptiness, above the cleansing water, Ma Suryamandala. A red Hūṃ syllable on the sun. Spharaṇa Phaṭ. Saṃhāraṇa Hūṃ. Radiating and gathering, completely transformed, into Oṃ Vajra Mahākrodhīśvarī Hūṃ Phaṭ. I visualize myself as the red Wrathful Powerful Mother, holding a bell and a red kapala. Touching with the single-pointed vajra mudra, I bless it one hundred and eight times by reciting Oṃ Mahākrodhīśvarī Sarva Dravyāṃ Śodhaya Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ Ṭha. I visualize it as the subtle water molecules of the nature of the Wrathful Powerful Mother. By reciting Oṃ Mahākrodhīśvarī Sarva Dravyāṃ Śodhaya Hūṃ Phaṭ, I cleanse and scatter everything in my place and possessions. All cleansing and scattering activities should be done with this from beginning to end. First, offer the torma. Burn, scatter, and wash away with Ram (藏文,梵文天城体ram,梵文罗马拟音ram, fire seed syllable), Yam (藏文,梵文天城体yam,梵文罗马拟音yam, wind seed syllable), and Kham (藏文,梵文天城体kham,梵文罗马拟音kham, space seed syllable). From emptiness, from Bhrūṃ (藏文,梵文天城体bhrum,梵文罗马拟音bhrum, light vastness), in a wide and vast precious vessel, the torma is full of color, smell, taste, and power, perfectly complete. Bless it with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Invite with Bhūmipati Saparivāra Vajra Samājaḥ. The first torma, Bhūmipati Saparivāra Akāro Mukhaṃ Sarvadharmāṇām Ādyanutpannatvāt Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Phaṭ Svāhā. Dedicate it three times. Whoever dwells here, gods and nāgas, yakshas, rakshasas, or other beings, for the purpose of the mandala, this place, I request you to grant it. Thus pray. The second torma, Oṃ Sarva Vighnān Namaḥ Sarva Tathāgatebhyo Viśvamukhebhyaḥ Sarvathā Khaṃ Udagate Spharaṇa Imaṃ Gaganakhaṃ Gṛhṇedaṃ Balyādi Svāhā. Dedicate it three times. Hūṃ! Victorious, eternal Vajradhara, Heruka and the great Lord of Dance, Like the sun, the excellent horse, making light, I am the king of wrathful ones, Do not transgress my command, Accomplishment like dust entering water, Turn back, misleading demons! Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ Viśva Vajra Krodha Jvāla Mandala Phaṭ Phaṭ Phaṭ Hala Hala Hūṃ. Reciting thus, with fierce and terrifying gestures, dispel the obstacles and throw the torma
