The preliminary recitation of the Dzogchen instructions of the Damcho Trulku's Nyingtik, arranged for easy carrying, named Kunzang Delam. Padma Garwang Tsal. The preliminary recitation of the Dzogchen instructions of the Damcho Trulku's Nyingtik, arranged for easy carrying, named Kunzang Delam. Padma Garwang Tsal. The preliminary recitation of the Dzogchen instructions of the Damcho Trulku's Nyingtik, arranged for easy carrying, named Kunzang Delam, is present herein. Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文:གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:गुरु पद्म सिद्धि हूँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:Guru Padma Siddhi Hūṃ Hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:上师莲花生悉地吽舍) The profound Dharma of the great treasure revealer Dudul Dorje, the preliminary practice of the completion stage of the Trulku Nyingtik, is condensed from the oral instructions of the Rigdzin himself for practice. First, the yoga of rising at dawn: Visualize that you are awakened by the sound of mantras and damaru drums by the assembly of lamas and dakinis, and that Brahma's melodious voice urges you as follows: Emaho! Fortunate noble sons and daughters of good lineage! Do not be controlled by the darkness of ignorance, arouse awareness, and rise up now! From beginningless time until now, you have slept long enough in a state of ignorance! Now do not sleep, dedicate your body, speech, and mind to virtue! If you do not accomplish even one thing this time, then you will not even hear the sound of happy migrations thereafter, so practice the sacred Dharma of the gods right now! Recite this and expel the stale air, visualizing that your sins and obscurations are purified. Let the mind rest in its natural state. Then, the actual preliminary practice has two parts: the common exhortation to the Dharma of the mind, and the uncommon transformation into the path. The first has four parts. First, contemplate the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity: Alas! If you waste the time when you have leisure and opportunity, it will be difficult to find such a precious thing again. Do not be distracted day and night, strive to accomplish enlightenment with meaningful leisure and opportunity! Second, contemplate impermanence: Alas! Like illusion, mirage, water moon, and rainbow, wherever you are born, you are sure to die. At the time of death, no one can help you, so practice the Dharma of death that benefits the future! Third, contemplate the law of karma: Without deceiving the subtle experience of happiness and suffering, whatever good or bad deeds you do, the results of karma will not deceive you even in the slightest. Therefore, with mindfulness and awareness, carefully examine what to abandon and what to adopt! Fourth, contemplate the faults of samsara: Wherever you are born in the three realms and six classes, high or low, there is only suffering.

Otherwise, there is no happiness. Therefore, one should turn the mind away from the phenomena of samsara, and repeatedly urge oneself with the remembrance of renunciation! Like this, one should speak each sentence slowly and ensure that the meaning truly enters the mind. Second, there are five parts to guiding into the uncommon Dharma path. First, the gateway to all vehicles—taking refuge: In the sky in front of the residence, which is endowed with the arrangement of a pure land, the guru's three bodies, the Three Jewels, the Three Roots, and the ocean of Dharma protectors, surrounded as if actually present. All sentient beings, oneself and others pervading the sky, with great reverence in the three doors, from now until enlightenment is attained, whatever you do, you know, with this faith, take refuge. Namo! All sentient beings as vast as the sky, take refuge in the guru, the precious one, the Dharma body! Namo! All sentient beings as vast as the sky, take refuge in the guru, the precious one, the Sambhogakaya! Namo! All sentient beings as vast as the sky, take refuge in the guru, the precious one, the Nirmanakaya! Namo! All sentient beings as vast as the sky, take refuge in the guru, the precious one, the precious one! Namo! All sentient beings as vast as the sky, take refuge in the gurus who possess the nine lineages! Namo! Take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, the Three Jewels! Take refuge in the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, the three bodies! Take refuge in the guru, yidam, and dakini, the Three Roots! Take refuge in the view, meditation, and action, the three! Take refuge in the ground, path, and fruit, the three! Take refuge in the channels, winds, and bindus, the three! Take refuge in bliss, clarity, and non-thought, the three! Take refuge in essence, nature, and compassion, the three! Take refuge in the pure Dharmakaya of one's own mind! Recite these as much as possible. Second, the uncommon foundation of the Great Vehicle—generating bodhicitta: In front of those objects of refuge, clearly establish the aspiration to seek enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, the commitment to practice the conduct of enlightenment, and the ultimate bodhicitta, which is free from the fixation on the three circles. Emaho! Guru, Three Roots, mandala deities, please heed! From now until attaining unsurpassed enlightenment! To all sentient beings of the six realms! Like parents
